Please, Act Like a Human Being

After failing for the 18,680th time to save his world, Xin Kuwei learned a secret.

It turned out his world was nothing but a game on someone else's phone. The world kept getting destroyed because the player was so bad that they died for one reason or another soon after starting each game. After this happened over and over, they finally got angry and uninstalled it.

Once he realized this, Xin Kuwei rushed to the player's side the moment they logged in. He thought all he needed to do was play the role of a guide NPC and give the player a good gaming experience, and then he could save the world without a hitch. But who could explain what in the world this person was doing?

Instead of walking normally, they insisted on hopping along and doing backflips from time to time. They didn't care even when obstacles along the way left them with a head full of bumps.

They'd run off to pick flowers and grass halfway through fighting monsters, leaving him alone to face a horde, and argue that monsters respawn all the time, but you can't find materials just anywhere.

They'd be seriously wounded and bleeding all over the ground, yet wander around as if nothing were wrong. They often got stuck in all kinds of places, contorted into positions he could never have imagined.

They loved looting everything in sight, and even wanted to strip off his underwear to sell it.

To stack up so-called stat points, they wore a toilet plunger on their back, gold-rimmed glasses on their face, a Hawaiian-style floral shirt on their upper body, black suit trousers on their lower body, and a plaid skirt over those. One leg had a black stocking and the other a fishnet stocking, and on their feet were a pair of straw sandals from who knew what era.

Xin Kuwei: Can't I just stop saving this world? Please, for the love of god, act like a person!

Theme: Keep calm and don't lose your temper.
