I Picked Up a Husband Who's a Snake Person

It's really embarrassing to admit, but the year I came of age, I had erotic dreams almost every night. That's not normal at all, is it?

I was a little scared, so I went to the Edge of the Frontier in town to see Aya, the wizard who was my kindred spirit.

Aya said I needed to find a husband, someone who could satisfy me, and then my unspeakable problem would be solved.

I was astonished. "Can't you be my husband?"

Aya kicked me out.

So I started praying that a man would walk into my lovely little castle.

A year went by, and no one showed up. The castle was still completely overlooked!

I was so sad that I decided to go see Aya at the Edge of the Frontier again. But on the way, I saw an injured snake-man unconscious by the roadside.

Well, he was a male snake-man, so I was going to make him repay me for saving his life!

Later, while the snake-man was still out of it, I got the paperwork done and became his legal wife. But to my horror, I discovered that the thing he hated most was succubi! Oh my god! What kind of tragic romance plot is this?

At first...

Atticus was the kingdom's strongest beastman commander of the royal guards. He had a clear sense of right and wrong, a strong sense of duty, and was just, courteous, tolerant, and law-abiding. The king and queen trusted him, the soldiers respected him, and his rivals envied him. But even a powerful and gentle commander had someone he loathed.

Succubi. Yes, this chaste and upright man hated these shameless demons most of all.

And now, while out of his mind, he had somehow become legally married to a succubus. He felt defiled.

But then...

Defiled, my foot! Atticus thought his wife was the cutest succubus in the world. She was the exception, the one and only, and he was willing to become passionate for her.
