My new novel, My Husband Is Waiting at Home, is now updating. Please add it to your favorites~
Blurb: Because his family was poor, Jiang Xiaoyi was nearly twenty and still unmarried. Later, his aunt arranged a match for him with the Liu family in the neighboring village. But the match fell through, and he became a laughingstock. The villagers advised him:
"You need to keep your feet on the ground. Don't set your sights too high. How could a wealthy family like the Lius ever take a liking to you? I think that man from the Lu family is a good choice. He's in his forties and has a bad leg, but..."
Jiang Xiaoyi chased them out of the house. Just when he was disheartened, he discovered that the little bear cub he'd brought home from the mountains could transform. And after transforming, he was... handsome, tall, and dignified. Jiang Xiaoyi was so dazzled he nearly swooned.
He'd never seen a man so handsome in all the surrounding villages.
Jiang Xiaoyi couldn't help falling for him, and carefully looked after him. But the man actually said, "Bro, I'm not kidding you. Humans and demons are from different worlds! Please, just leave me alone."
There was no way Jiang Xiaoyi was going to leave him alone.
Jiang Xiaoyi wanted to marry him.
Later, when the villagers saw that he'd taken in a son-in-law, they admitted the man was handsome, but he carried a hoe to work with Jiang Xiaoyi and got tired before they even reached the fields. Jiang Xiaoyi had to carry him back home.
Everyone shook their heads in secret. They all thought the young man Jiang Xiaoyi had taken in was useless. What good was a man like that? He'd have been better off marrying the man from the Lu family. Sure, he was a bit old, but at least he could work and put food on the table. Jiang Xiaoyi was sure to regret it one day.
Not long afterward, Jiang Xiaoyi got pregnant.
The young man bought meat for him every meal and cooked it in all sorts of ways. The delicious smell wafted through the whole village. He wouldn't let Jiang Xiaoyi do any work, and loved him dearly.
The villagers said sourly, "So what? His older sister married a scholar! I heard he's passed the exam to become a licentiate. Jiang Xiaoyi's man can only run little businesses selling bread, barbecue, duck necks, and duck feet. He's still no match for his sister."
Then the officials came into the village, beating gongs, and stopped at the Jiang family's gate.
The villagers asked, "Did something happen to the man from the Jiang family? Are they here to arrest him?"
"No! Jiang Xiaoyi's husband passed the xiucai exam."
The villagers: "..."
Jiang Xiaoyi sat on the threshold and watched Bai Zimu wash the two children's pee-soaked pants. He did feel a little regret.
He regretted not meeting his husband sooner.
Bai Zimu was a panda spirit who'd cultivated for three hundred years before taking human form.
One day, he went to the zoo and saw his buddy lying in its cage, eating bamboo shoots. They looked so fresh and tender that he was terribly jealous.
"Hey, are those shoots good?"
"They just came from Sichuan. They're fresh, so of course they're good!"
As soon as Bai Zimu heard that, he waited for nightfall and flew toward Sichuan. But a bolt of lightning struck him along the way, turning him back into his original form. Somehow, he ended up in another world, where a young man rescued him.
Bai Zimu was grateful, but accidentally discovered that this young man had improper intentions toward him. Whenever he bathed him, he kept groping him below the waist.
Bai Zimu: "Yamete! Stop it! Humans and demons are from different worlds. We can never be together."
The young man wouldn't listen. He kept closing in on him until he even pinned him against the bed.
His chastity was about to be lost~
Bai Zimu: "Fahai, Fahai, hurry and come save me! Put me in Leifeng Pagoda! Boohoo, I don't want to live anymore~"
Giant pandas spend most of their time sleeping, apart from the time they spend eating.
Bai Zimu had grown used to being lazy. It wasn't until a year later, when the young man gave birth to two little panda cubs who were always crying from hunger, that he finally changed.
Bai Zimu's heart softened. For the sake of his husband and children, he had to man up: study, earn money, and run a business. His days of living off others and waiting to die were over.
Bai Zimu: "Well, looks like my dark circles are going to get even worse."
Reader's Guide:
1. A traditional farming story. After the male lead transmigrates, he transforms back into human form and loses all his magic. He's just an ordinary man who has transmigrated, and there will be no cultivation, magic, or anything like that.
2. Slow burn, with lots of domestic life.
3. A fictional ancient rural setting. Prices and other details are made up, so don't take them too seriously. The "little pandas" in the story are China's national treasure, giant pandas. The title calls them little pandas because of their small size.

After having three daughters, Old Ye finally had a son. But when he started looking for a wife for his son at age sixteen, Old Ye discovered that his tall, strapping boy was actually a ger.
To keep the Ye family line from dying out, Old Ye and his husband discussed it and found Ye Xiaoliu a ger husband who would marry into their family.
It was hard to find a son-in-law willing to marry in, so Old Ye eventually chose the youngest son of the Qin family in the neighboring village for Ye Xiaoliu.
Ye Xiaoliu was strolling around town with a group of underlings when his father hauled him home. He was made to greet the groom, bow at the wedding, and enter the bridal chamber. Then the veil was lifted, and Ye Xiaoliu's vision went black.
Ye Xiaoliu was the village tyrant of Liu Village.
Qin Wentian was the village tyrant of Qin Village.
The two had fought countless times over territory. Two village tyrants together could never end well.
Qin Wentian was tied up like a parcel and seated on the wedding bed. Ye Xiaoliu punched him right in the face.
"Damn it, I'd rather let the Ye family line die out than let you top me."
Qin Wentian: "I'd sooner top a sow than you."
After Qin Wentian joined the household, the Ye family was turned upside down. The house nearly got demolished.
Old Ye wiped his tears and said to his husband, "A forced melon isn't sweet. We should send Xiaotian back!" Just then, Ye Xiaoliu hurried in from outside and kicked the door open. The two older men were afraid the newlyweds were about to fight and were just about to intervene when Ye Xiaoliu said in a sweet, obedient voice, "Husband, why did you take so long? I missed you."
"Then give me a kiss."
"You're so naughty~"
Old Ye shuddered: "..."
Qin Wentian had read online novels for decades and had recently become obsessed with ger stories. Most of them were about a scumbag top who mistreated his sweet, obedient bottom, until something happened and a modern man transmigrated into the scumbag's body. The man then mended his ways, fell in love at first sight with the poor, gentle bottom, and spoiled him rotten. He'd help the bottom start a business and make money, or take the imperial exams, and they'd rise to the top together.
Other stories had a modern bottom transmigrate into the body of a penniless ger in ancient times. Using modern knowledge, the bottom would start a business, catch the eye of a young master, a prince, or even the crown prince, and then get caught up in a little rivalry. Once they won, the couple would live happily ever after.
Before falling asleep, Qin Wentian often daydreamed that he could do all sorts of things: farming, street vending, harvesting grain, you name it. If he ever transmigrated, all he wanted was a soft, sweet little husband. That would be heaven.
And then he really did transmigrate.
But where was his soft, sweet little husband?
Who was this guy with fists as big as sandbags who'd just punched him in the face?
Aside from being equally poor, his life had almost nothing in common with the stories he'd read.
Where were the scumbag top and obedient bottom roles?
Had he transmigrated into a scumbag top and vicious bottom story?
Later, Qin Wentian decided that the dominant bottom and the transmigrated top might actually be one and the same.

Theme: Work hard at living, and work hard at making money.
Dear author, please write some extra stories about Xiaoliu and Yangyang. I want to see it, I want to see it, and I feel sorry for Yangyang!
Sure enough, it's fun to read the article without reading the comment section!!!
I can't bear to leave it, it's too short.
Why did I finish it? I have been chasing this article for a long time, almost two years ago, and I can't bear to leave it. If the author is free, I would like to add another 100 chapters to the story, woo woo woo. I really can't bear to leave Xiaoyi, I feel so uncomfortable, woo woo woo
When will the author publish a new article [EYE][EYE]
I can't bear to part with it, can you please add some extra episodes? This is the second article of Chai Da Da, I like it very much! See you in the next book!
I like the story and it's quite humorous, but the writing is too slow. Even some trivial memories that can be summarized in two or three sentences need to be written in several paragraphs. So sometimes I feel like I'm still dwelling on one thing after reading several chapters. I hope the author pays more attention to the priority.
Nice!!! Love watching!!! [Spread flowers][sprinkle flowers][sprinkle flowers]
Super pretty!!! Love it, love it! [Orange heart][Orange heart][Orange heart][Orange heart][Orange heart][Orange heart][Orange heart][Orange heart][Orange heart][Orange heart]
