The Mihua Town Group Chat App

One day, after Shinichi transforms into Edogawa, an app called Gourmet Group appears on his phone. If he completes the tasks posted by the app, he can get the antidote to APTX4869.

[Gather Ingredients]: Collect fresh ingredients in the crime-ridden city of Beika, where cases appear at random.

After following the beginner's guide to a crime scene, Little Conan is so shocked his eyes nearly pop out.

Why are the ingredients the victim's resentment and the culprit's remorse?!

[Prepare a Dish]: Share the finished dish with everyone.

Little Conan looks at the dish he made using the recipe provided by the app, and is once again so shocked his eyes nearly pop out.

Why is black smoke rising from the food?!

[Form a Team]: Akai has joined the group chat, Kazami has joined the group chat, Gin has joined the group chat.

Looking at the names of the new group members, Little Conan's eyes finally stop shaking. He's completely crashed from shock.

[Akai has joined the group chat]

[Task reward: Find Dad]

Akai, disguised as a pink-haired graduate student, discovers that he can't complete the tasks posted by the app at all.

The app wants him to draw circles to summon ingredients, but the ingredients he summons never match what it asks for.

Ingredients: reindeer, candy, peas...

After Akai draws the circles, Santa Claus, Halloween monsters, Peashooters, and more rain down from the sky...

[Kazami has joined the group chat]

[Task reward: Grant Mr. Furuya's wish]

Kazami, determined to be Mr. Furuya's best subordinate, discovers that he can't complete the tasks posted by the app at all.

The app wants him to turn the ingredients into dishes and sell them for a high price, but the ingredient he gets is qiegao.

Waterproof, fireproof, and bulletproof, it's a must-have for official duties.

But it's impossible to bite through, so nobody will buy it.

[Gin has joined the group chat]

[Task reward: Who's the mole?]

Gin initially plans to ignore the app, but its task is to harvest ingredients from a mole, make a dish with them, share it with the organization members, and earn their sincere praise.

Ingredients can be harvested from anyone, but only dishes made with ingredients dropped by a mole meet the requirements.

The app won't tell him directly who the mole is. To catch the mole, Gin harvests ingredients every day and combines them in different ways to make dishes.

Gin discovers that he can't complete the tasks posted by the app at all, because nobody is willing to taste his cooking.

Looking at the dish before him, perfect in color, aroma, and taste, Gin is puzzled.

The organization members: How is it perfect in color, aroma, and taste? Has Gin gone crazy? Who would eat something this bizarre!

Reader's Guide:

* Only Little Conan, the group owner, can see the names of the other members. The other members can only see each other's nicknames.

* Little Conan's ingredients come with the "Crime-Ridden Beika Town" debuff, so the dishes he makes are always shrouded in visible black smoke.

* Shuichi's ingredients come with the "Circle-Drawing Summoning" debuff, so they never match what was requested.

* Kazami's ingredients come with the "Qiegao Secret Art" debuff, so they are always impervious to blades, bullets, fire, water, electricity, and teeth.

* Gin's ingredients come with the "Counterfeit Liquor Drops" debuff, so they always look bizarre and sanity-draining to everyone else.

* The story features the FBI locked in a battle of wits with Peashooters, Public Security officers who are all "Qiegao heroes," and the organization's big boss who looks more and more like a demon king to the fake and real liquor crowd. (Not really.)
