After Fulfilling Bourbon's Wish

Yuki Shun is a traveler who can survive only in the cracks between time and space. He travels through dimensional worlds, listening to and fulfilling the wishes of living beings in their final moments.

By traveling through timelines, each wish he fulfills changes the past and spawns a new parallel worldline, as well as a time-space rift that lets him survive.

After arriving in a new dimensional world, he begins drawing wishes at random:

Wish: Get the master to sleep obediently.

Wish: I don't want to be a driver anymore.

Wish: Don't make me take medicine.

Yuki Shun: What kind of ridiculous wishes are these?

After working hard to fulfill the wishes, he discovers that no new world has appeared.

Watching the changes caused by his wish fulfillment, he tries to fix things, patching one hole by making another, but can never get back to the original worldline.

Yuki Shun: This is terrifying. Is this what a Conan-style world is like?

Just when he thinks he'll be stuck in this world for good, he discovers that this is the source world where he was born. By returning to his body, now nothing but an empty shell, he can avoid the temporal turbulence and stay alive for a while.

Back in his shell, Yuki Shun expressionlessly pulls the tubes out of his body and climbs out of a giant tank, because he realizes there's one wish he still hasn't fulfilled.

Wish: No one is hurt in the final battle, and the organization is destroyed.

Yuki Shun is about to roll up his sleeves and start taking down the organization when he discovers that he is one of the people who needs to be eliminated. He's also the Boss's blood relative and an experimental subject used to keep the Boss alive.

Yuki Shun: I'm done. Just destroy the world!
