Showing Off My Fatherly Childhood Sweetheart

Yuning University has come up with a bizarre contest: students vote for the top ten campus couples.

The pair in first place are two handsome guys.

Su Qingcheng is the legendary little prince of the School of Economics. With delicate features, light golden hair, and a charming personality, he's always surrounded by a crowd wherever he goes.

Some people think having lots of friends makes life lively. Others find it noisy.

Lu Liqian, Su Qingcheng's childhood friend, belongs to the latter group. He's refined and handsome, a reclusive genius, sharp-tongued and arrogant, and a favorite of the professors in the School of Mathematics.

Their parents have known each other for years, and the two boys grew up together.

Lu Liqian was precocious and mature beyond his years, while Su Qingcheng was a frail premature baby with a silver tongue.

Lu Liqian had no choice but to give in early to Su Qingcheng's sugary attacks and clean up his countless messes.

He only joined the “Top Ten Couples” contest because Su Qingcheng pressured him into it.

The organizers required contestants to submit a campaign video. After Su Qingcheng wheedled and pleaded, Lu Liqian finally gave in.

He didn't understand. The prize was nothing but two theme park tickets. Su Qingcheng's family was well-off, and his monthly allowance was unlimited. He could take the entire class to the park without a second thought. Did he really care about the cost of two tickets?

Su Qingcheng: “That's not the point! Just tell me, will you do it?”

Lu Liqian: “...”

Would saying no even work?

Lu Liqian didn't want to join for more than just the contest's bizarre requirements.

He was even more worried his secret would be exposed.

They were miles ahead in the voting. Su Qingcheng squeezed in beside Lu Liqian and scrolled through the comments under the university's official account.

Su Qingcheng: “Whoa! I was just wiping off some sweat. I didn't know people could read so much into it!”

Lu Liqian: “...”

Su Qingcheng: “Hehehe! Look, look! They say you love me so much!”

Lu Liqian: “...Could you shut up?”

The only person in the world who couldn't see anything was the clueless idiot right beside him.
