Classmate, Why Haven't You Confessed Yet?

The bell rang right on time. The smell of jianbing guozi wafted through the hallway, as bright-faced students laughed and made their way to the basketball court.

Yuan Jiayan stood by the steps, gazing into the distance.

The green branches of the parasol trees swayed in the wind with a rustling sound. Sunlight fell between the branches, spilling over the hair of a girl walking beneath them.

As if sensing something, she turned back with a faint smile, their eyes meeting by chance. Yuan Jiayan quickly looked away and strode forward, her face expressionless.

She had walked this path for three years. Even the people she passed by were familiar.

It was only a one-sided love. She should keep it hidden in her heart.

She carefully concealed her deep feelings, but when graduation came, she couldn't help slipping an unsigned postcard into a letter.

When university began, they unexpectedly ran into each other on campus. The girl Yuan Jiayan had missed for so long stood before her, unable to hide her delight, her smile radiant.

"Yuan, I can't believe we're going to school in the same city! Let's look out for each other from now on!"

Only then did Yuan Jiayan realize that it would be a long, long time before she awoke from this old dream.

Tang Yuan: She's looking at me.

Tang Yuan: She's looking at me again today.

Tang Yuan: She's been looking at me for three whole years!

Tang Yuan: Why hasn't she confessed yet? Does she not like me?

Tang Yuan: Is this a confession??

The girl holding the postcard rolled up her sleeves.

Fine, I'll do it!

"You are a breeze in summer. Even after it passes, the old dream remains."
