Turns Out I'm the Sneaky One

[I'm sorry, but I don't plan to continue the original story idea because I lack inspiration, so I've changed it to the current version. 2024/9/28]

At the end of the cultivation era, spiritual energy ran dry, and the Heavenly Dao went mad and became monstrous, bringing chaos to the Nine Provinces.

Shen Mo, who had inexplicably lost his memories, had just crawled out of a mass grave when he ran into cultivators who planned to dig out his bones and refine them into pills.

What? Was he supposed to put up with that!?

Shen Mo drew his sword and cut them down on the spot.

Unexpectedly, when the warm blood touched Shen Mo's left hand, a mouth suddenly split open in his palm and swallowed the cultivator whole, as if he were a human pill!

"Hiss!"

Shen Mo drew in a sharp breath.

What kind of evil spirit or strange creature had possessed him?!

Later, Shen Mo remembered his past.

Back when chaos engulfed the Nine Provinces, he had left the mountain on his master's orders to slay the Heavenly Abomination and save all living beings...

"And then?"

"Then you took advantage of me passing out from exhaustion, stole my body, and dumped me in a mass grave. That was truly despicable!"

Hearing Shen Mo's accusation, the red-robed young man across from him moved his fingers, lifted the ghost mask covering his face, and revealed a face exactly like Shen Mo's.

With a smile, he asked, "You do know you're looking at yourself in a mirror, right?"

Shen Mo fell silent for two seconds, then forced a smile. "...Hehe, just kidding."

The red-robed young man let his smile fade. Reaching out from the mirror, he smoothed the corners of Shen Mo's lips.

"If I don't 'hehe,' Shen Mo doesn't have to 'hehe' either."

"After all, I'm Shen Mo too."

Setup: Selfcest, selfcest, selfcest, selfcest!! Red-robed top, told mainly from the bottom's point of view!

A blend of Chinese cultivation and supernatural horror, with my personal style, balancing plot and romance. The genre may make it a little more serious.

Theme: Fate never cheats those who work hard
