"Kudo Shinichi, you like solving puzzles, right?"
"Hey, hey, don't just dump a job on an ordinary citizen. Especially some problem even the Public Security Bureau can't solve..."
"What if I asked you to find the culprit behind the murder of the world?"
And so the seventeen-year-old famous detective set out on his journey.
"I willingly accept every trial fate has in store, along with the bitter reality of defeat that follows. I acknowledge its cruelty, which has nothing to do with justice, reason, or good and evil. Just as humanity is powerless to murder a god, this is our war. It will surely defeat me, but I will surely never yield."
"Death is merely a shadow over the flame of life."
1) Pseudo-science fiction, entirely based on the author's own inventions. Characters may die and come back to life, with a Schrodinger's afterlife plot. A hopeful ending.
2) There is one main character, but he is mostly absent from the main text. Like the secret identity tag, he exists and doesn't exist, so the actual story is an ensemble told through shifting points of view.
Core Theme: Come on, let's save the world from the madmen!
