You think I'm talking about a Batkid? NO! Abel sets an example and shows everyone that the differences between people are greater than those between cats and cats (Flerkens). Some people go through all that and become a Robin, while others only turn into a new supervillain. But being a villain leads nowhere but a dead end. So, after taunting 007, deceiving the IMF, sowing discord in the Avengers, murdering Captain America, dealing Hydra a devastating blow, joining the Court of Owls, and betraying the Bat Family, Abel learned his lesson and resolved to change careers... Though surely the only other career he can switch to is antihero, right?! * The protagonist is chaotic good, with a morally gray characterization. The early part is a suited-up action-spy story; from the middle onward, it settles into a Gotham comic-book style. * Everyone is platonic. This is a coming-of-age story that starts in childhood, with plenty of blended canon details and inevitable out-of-character interpretations. * This story assumes readers are familiar with the original works, so there are no content warnings for related plotlines.
