Character Sketches

Life in the Martial World

The world's great events are ours to shape; once we enter the martial world, the years rush by.

We laugh and talk of imperial glory, yet life is no more than a drunken dream.

Sword in hand, mounted on horseback, we rain down a storm of ghosts; white bones pile like mountains as birds take flight in terror.

Worldly affairs surge like tides, and people drift like water; I can only sigh and wonder how many ever return from the martial world.

P.S. Reviews of characters from the wuxia novels I've read.
