Bad Endings Delivered...

[Currently preparing the future suspense novel I'm the Villain, So You Can Cry] Please, please look my way, even just once, sob sob sob! Liuniao transmigrated into the currently popular Urban Tales: Superpowers x Curses, becoming an anime character in it. System: See those viewers posting comments on the screen? Liuniao: I see them. System: Kill them. Liuniao: Huh? And so, in order to get home, Liuniao embarked on a one-way road to a bad ending! Liuniao: What? That mere King of Sheep dares to steal my backstabbed-by-everyone plotline? Watch me pull off a move and get misunderstood by everyone. Hahahaha! A certain King of Sheep: ...Liuniao, did you really consider me family? Comments: Sob sob sob, stop killing them! Stop it! Hurry and save Liuniao! It's all a misunderstanding! Liuniao, explain yourself! Liuniao: Damn it, how dare a mere bandage-wasting machine steal my tragic storyline? I'll bring your best friend back to life, so no one will have it worse than me! A certain bandage-wasting machine: You can't even understand normal human emotions. Are you really not a monster? Comments: This kid's going to get broken by all this angst! Liuniao is obviously the kindest, sweetest kid ever! And Liuniao even dragged the black-haired and white-haired guys from a certain sorcerer school into the pit of angst! Comments: Waaah! People die when they get stabbed! Liuniao! Aaaaaah! At long last, after enduring eighty-one trials, Liuniao, the wholesale supplier of angst, finally got her bad ending! Liuniao: Yay!!! Then, on the day after Liuniao returned home, she ran into people she knew from the anime whose stories had ended badly. Liuniao: ...W-will I live to see the sun tomorrow? Everyone: What do you think? My own headcanon is everywhere, and the timeline has been heavily altered. I suddenly got uncertain about the pairing, so I'll just let it happen naturally! This whole story exists to deliver angst. It's full of melodramatic love triangles and messy relationships, and the heroine will write any kind of over-the-top plot just to torment the commenters. The commenters can't see every one of Liuniao's scripts, so they'll sometimes reach the wrong conclusions. There are also many kinds of commenters, such as game fans, anime fans, beta testers, and evil game planners. You'll have to figure them out for yourselves. But they're all part of Liuniao's script, hee hee. The angst won't start right from the opening. The plot will have a transition period, but all the sweetness in the beginning becomes angst later. Readers are welcome to thoughtfully point out any logical issues. If anything differs from the original, that's my headcanon. I'm not a Japanese major. I did my best to translate Liuniao (hitori) into something readers could easily call her, so please bear with me. (:-D) Here's an original novel available for preorder: What Does a Love Triangle Have to Do with Me, a Random Extra? Yu Qing lost her memory. She only remembers her name and that she transmigrated into a novel with an extremely long title and an old-fashioned feel, where everyone is completely unhinged. She became a random extra in it. Yu Qing: Since I'm just a random extra, the novel's plot has nothing to do with me. Having decided to lie flat for the rest of her life, Yu Qing witnessed an absurd love-triangle showdown. She watched men and women labeled [Heroine], [Hero], and [Second Male Lead] arguing over who the heroine loved, right in the middle of a murder scene, as if no one else were there. Yu Qing: Wow, that's intense. Then the [Hero] ran up to her, eyes red, and said, "Are you satisfied now?" Yu Qing: ??? What does your love triangle have to do with me, a random extra? Yu Qing is quite satisfied with her status as a random extra. Especially after getting a two-story villa and a million in savings, she'd give it ninety-nine out of a hundred. Why not a perfect score? Because she wants nothing to do with the original plot. The young man who came to work at her shop blushed and shyly prepared her a lunchbox. It would've been even better if he didn't have [Stalker] over his head. Her fishing buddy is outgoing and generous, and even gives her the fish he catches. She wouldn't mind at all if he didn't have [Creep] over his head. The young man who comes to the shop every day to clock in always has a great chat with her. It's just that the [Yandere] over his head gives Yu Qing pause. And so on. Every day, love-triangle drama plays out that Yu Qing has absolutely no desire to understand. Yu Qing: ...Honestly, all I want is to quietly grow old and lie flat. Everyone is unhinged, with one-sided crushes and love-triangle drama. All sorts of lunatics battle nonexistent rivals, but the heroine is unquestionably in the superior position. She stays calm no matter what happens. The heroine regains her memories at the end. Whether she'll have a love interest depends on how I feel while writing. Maybe she will, maybe she won't. Theme: No matter when or where you are, never forget to keep moving forward.
