The Disciple I Raised Is a Traitor

Lin Zhi, the Immortal Lord Changyou of Tianxia Sect, glimpsed the secrets of fate by accident in a dream one day. The dragon Lu Yuan was destined to become a demon in the future, and one wrong turn after another would plunge the human realm into an endless hell.

To prevent disaster once and for all, he decided to eliminate Lu Yuan first.

When he first met Lu Yuan, the boy was being bullied by a group of dragon children. Even after they smashed one of his eyes, he kept biting them and refused to let go.

The next time Lin Zhi saw him, Lu Yuan had been stripped of his dragon scales and thrown out in the pouring rain to die.

Later, he nearly lost his other eye as well.

The six-year-old looked like a withered old man. In the end, Lin Zhi couldn't bring himself to leave him behind. Perhaps if Lu Yuan followed the righteous path of cultivation, he wouldn't become the demon foretold by fate.

So he took Lu Yuan in. When his friend heard the news, he came to dissuade him. Black dragons were lascivious and especially prone to becoming demons, so it was best not to raise one by his side.

Little Lu Yuan was obedient and clingy. He was afraid of the dark and afraid of people, nothing like what Lin Zhi's friend had described.

Only later did Lin Zhi learn that Lu Yuan's obedience was all an act. He had never changed.

Little Scene:

Lu Yuan crouched beside Lin Zhi, wrapped his arms around his leg, and leaned against it. His eyes brimmed with adoration. "Master, your disciple was wrong. Will you please pay attention to me?"

Lin Zhi didn't answer or look at him. He quietly read his book.

With a smile, Lu Yuan tugged at Lin Zhi's sash. "Master, I know you have no heart, but I don't mind. Master, have a child with me, okay? They'll definitely look just like you."

A child who looked like his master would surely be beautiful.
