Before Seclusion, He Was My Sweetheart; After Emerging, He's a Wicked Spirit

One-line summary: The little wisteria has two sides (ongoing)

Lin Lujin raised a wisteria maple tree, tending to it every day and nourishing it with all kinds of spiritual plants.

The little tree vine was clingy. Every day it came looking for him to play, wanting nothing more than to stick close and cuddle up to him.

One day, he went into seclusion to cultivate. When he emerged, a thousand years had passed. His wisteria maple had taken human form and run off, stealing most of the spiritual treasures from his cave abode and becoming the founding patriarch of the sect on the neighboring mountain.

One night, he sneaked into Lingxiao Sect, and the little tree vine drew its sword, intent on killing him.

Xie Wangzhou: “Demon, how dare you trespass into my Lingxiao Sect!”

Lin Lujin raised an eyebrow. Before he went into seclusion, the little tree vine had clung to him, asking for cuddles and kisses. Now it was giving him the cold shoulder?

After that, he went to Lingxiao Sect every day. The little tree vine with amnesia was quite fun to be around.

Xie Wangzhou was the founding patriarch of Lingxiao Sect, pure-hearted and free from worldly desires. He never expected a demon to throw him off balance.

He wanted to kill Lin Lujin, but for some reason he couldn’t help wanting to get closer. He felt like he was going crazy.

So he resolutely went into seclusion and ignored him. Who could have guessed that, before he even made it inside, he’d hear that a demon had been gravely injured? He went looking for Lin Lujin without thinking.

But then he saw Lin Lujin tending to another tree. In shock, he blurted out, “You haven’t come by for days because you’ve been raising another tree? Did you feed all those sweet things you used to say to the dogs?”
