Sign the Contract, Then Fall in Love

The cornflower symbolizes meeting someone and finding happiness. Zheng Yiling always keeps a pot of them on her desk.

An ambulance brought in a man whose pain-stricken face couldn't hide his air of refinement. Zheng Yiling felt that she had met him at last.

He spent a week in the hospital and tried to escape five times, only to be caught every time.

This female doctor looked petite and delicate, with lovely features, but she was clingy enough to drive her patients crazy.

Lin Jiyang remembered that the desk with the pot of cornflowers belonged to her.

At a family gathering that was actually a matchmaking dinner, Lin Jiyang saw the cornflower woman again.

Zheng Yiling's eyes curved into a smile, dimples appearing in her cheeks. She chatted easily with his parents, and for a moment Lin Jiyang glimpsed what a home could be like.

"To put both our parents at ease, let's sign a contract. All that matters is that they think we're together."

As he handed over the contract, Lin Jiyang thought he must have gone mad.
