I first met Luo Yuesu in western Yunnan.
She wore a red-and-gold Huayao Dai outfit with striking, unconventional elegance. Her veil half concealed her face, and her clear eyes brimmed with alluring charm.
"Shoulders like a sculpted masterpiece, waist as slender as silk."
Those words from the Rhapsody of the Luo River Goddess came to Liang Rongxiao's mind.
He pushed open the door of "The Thirty-First Sunset," and the wind chimes jingled.
The woman with long, wavy hair behind the counter looked up. Her makeup was heavy, and she was utterly captivating. "Don't play with fire unless you're ready to face the consequences."
Liang Rongxiao glanced at the wooden sign that read "Dry weather and tinder call for caution around fire." It swayed with carefree abandon as a cobalt-blue nail tapped against it.
The two met again unexpectedly at a gathering of their families.
At the table, they smiled and chatted pleasantly. Beneath it, undercurrents swirled.
Later, he followed her to Hongxi. Her hair was loosely pinned at the back of her head, and her simple qipao made her look fresh and graceful, almost like a different person.
"Miss Luo, you're playing with fire."
She replied, "Mr. Liang, the October weather is dry. Be careful around fire."
/One night on Tailing Mountain, he said, "The breeze is gentle tonight, the stars shine bright, and the moon is right by my side."
/She left without a word, leaving behind a note: "May we meet again, both of us honest, with the moon always by your side."
On a dry, tinder-filled day, he walked into her guesthouse and opened the book named Luo Yuesu.
"Shoulders like a sculpted masterpiece, waist as slender as silk" comes from the Rhapsody of the Luo River Goddess.
That year, on his way through western Yunnan, he met his own goddess.

Yu Yu first met Zhou Yan on a night of torrential rain.
He casually handed her an umbrella, then thanked her.
Only later did Yu Yu learn that he was Lin'an University's newly crowned campus heartthrob.
The second time she saw him, it was raining again.
He took a cardboard box from her hands and said coolly, "Hold the umbrella for me."
Yu Yu tried to return the umbrella, but discovered that Zhou Yan seemed to like his senior, Tao Qianyi.
Yu Yu thought, Maybe I should just let it go.
Who would have guessed Zhou Yan would corner her outside the dormitory? "Why did you block me?"
Only later did Yu Yu learn that she had first met Zhou Yan back in their first year of high school.
--Every loss caused by a twist of fate will turn into an unexpected joy.

Jian Mucheng saw Shen You again at the newly built gymnasium of Dongning No. 1 High School.
The place was both familiar and strange, and so was the person. Jian Mucheng was the first among the reporters to rush over and interview him.
Holding the business card her editor had given her, Jian Mucheng hesitated for a long time before finally pressing send.
It felt just like her first year of college, sitting in a packed auditorium and watching the person everyone admired.
Her anxious heartbeat went unnoticed. In the end, she was the only one who cared.

!!!!! As soon as I saw the word Miss Luo, I always thought her name was Russell. I didn't expect her name to be Luo Yuosu. What a coincidence.
Just when I was about to save it, my heart skipped a beat when I read it. .
