[Western Crossover] To My Dark Superman Father

[Posting an Upcoming Story and Hoping for Favorites: [Western Crossover] Cosplaying a Corrupted Hero and Transmigrating Together] My father, Kal-El, is the person I respect most in this world. He rules this world with an iron fist. Many years ago, people called him Superman with laughter and joy. Now, far more of his enemies call him Lord in fear. My mother, Diana, is the person I understand least in this world. She has never loved my father, and she has always tried to overthrow his rule over the world. In another world, people called her Wonder Woman. But now, hardly anyone calls her that anymore. My first love was a gray bat. He inherited the cape of the man who betrayed my father and became my father's companion. I like calling him Damian, but he doesn't like me using his real name. From the moment I was born, I was forced to accept one reality: I would have a Superman father who could no longer understand love, and a Wonder Woman mother who would never love again. But I wasn't sad. As long as I loved them, that was enough. Note: 1. Short story, with plenty of angst. An alternate take on the Lord's world; not knowing the background won't affect your enjoyment. 2. First person, with Damian as the love interest. Every couple who appears besides the leads is an original-canon couple. 3. Angst and melodrama make up at least half the story. A warning about the ending: bad people on JJ never get happy endings.
