[Western Crossover] The Villain’s Secret Identity Self-Rescue Plan

1. Aino receives an invitation to play a full-dive game, and it's a superhero game where good and evil have switched places. In the world of the game Eternal Evil, villains run rampant. Superheroes are no longer Earth's protectors, but tyrants who rule the world by force. Is the villainous organization called the Syndicate an evil version of the Justice League? This looks interesting. The game's open world is huge, and the skills seem highly customizable, too. Aino can't resist accepting the invitation. She sets herself a modest goal: take down the villainous leader, the final boss, Ultraman. Then she gets stuck at the character selection screen. System: [Available characters: Mystic, Berserker, Impostor, Blood Doctor...] Aino: ...What kind of dark-world classes are these? Don't they have any characters who seem like good people? 2. She set her sights too high. One day, while grinding her character in the Gotham map, Aino gets punched by Ultraman as he passes by. This really isn't her fault. Her main character is a late-game build. How is a mage who needs ten seconds to charge a big spell supposed to fight a warrior? Ultraman takes an interest in the mage's skills and tells Aino to work for the Syndicate. Seriously, now she has to work just to play a game? Is this NPC even human? Fine, she'll work! So Aino works for the Syndicate while creating a secret identity, using all the resources her mage has secretly saved up to raise a secondary Berserker character. The day she finally gets that character's level up, Aino rushes to Metropolis and beats up the guy in the red cape. System notice: [You have attracted the attention of the Justice League!] [The Justice League is closing in on you. Find a way to escape immediately!] Wait, wait, wait! What's going on? System, did you get the name wrong? Who's coming? Shouldn't it be the Syndicate?! Aino looks at the Justice League members surrounding her, and at the Superman in her hands, whose chest bears the genuine "S." ...Wasn't she playing a game?! Reader's Guide: 1. The timeline serves the plot, and includes some original settings. 2. No secret identities are exposed. There are misunderstandings where people mistake the secret identity for the real person. 3. This is a crossover with a few horror shows, but I'll try not to make it too scary. 4. The early pacing is slow. There is little romance, and the ending is open. That's Not My Neighbor [Western Crossover] The world looks a little strange to Ayi. She can see things invisible to others, like ghosts. To reduce how often she encounters strange creatures, she moves to sunny Metropolis on the East Coast. Her new neighbor is a reporter, a kind and friendly man, and everyone else in the apartment building seems normal, too. Ayi thinks her life will finally become peaceful, but at some point, her neighbor starts acting strange. The reporter ignores the neighbors who greet him, and his strength is so abnormal he can leave fingerprints in the stair railing. One night, Ayi comes home and sees what looks like one of the neighbor's coworkers lying on the floor through the half-open door of his apartment. The next moment, her eyes meet those of her neighbor as he opens the door. The reporter's eyes are black and murky, with a dangerous red glint. In a cold voice, he asks if she wants to come in for tea. This isn't her neighbor. Just as Ayi has the thought, a string of information appears before her eyes. [Determine the neighbor's current condition: A: Possessed by an evil spirit B: An impostor C: A corrupted ▇▇.] Ayi: "..." This world seems even stranger now.
