[Western Crossover] Valentine, Mayor of Gotham City

[Requesting removal of the paywall, please don't buy =w=] Valentine is the new mayor of Gotham, the city with the highest crime rate in the country. He has a secret superpower: he can travel between parallel worlds and bring people from those worlds over. So one day, Gotham's new mayor, Valentine, brought over the superheroes and supervillains of a parallel world and formed a team to build a beautiful new Gotham together. Their goal is to make "Arkham, a place full of talent; Gotham, a city of simple folk"* a reality. And so, on that day, Serpent Society Steve became a teacher at Gotham's youth rehabilitation center, Red Hood Jason, the Dark Knight's adopted son, became the CEO of a Gotham company, and a certain green-haired Arkham resident who had returned to normal by taking medication became a clerk under Gotham's mayor... "Everyone," Valentine, who had summoned them, said with a faint smile, "let's work together for this country." "My heart and my actions are as clear as a mirror; everything I do is just." (This line is from the original JoJo.) Note: 1. The protagonist has no romantic pairing, and the entire story is told in third person. No pairings appear apart from official ones. The timeline and setting are the author's own. 2. Updates are irregular. 3. This is actually an inspirational story about a level 90 veteran leading a team to rebuild Gotham. 4. The protagonist's characterization comes from JoJo, but their abilities are mostly the author's own. JoJo content will barely come up, so you can read this without having seen it. 5. The line marked with an asterisk in the blurb comes from the internet. Theme: Always hold on to a heart that strives for justice.
