She Punched Me Right in the Heart

[Coming soon: Rising to Fame After Faking My Death to Become a Virtual Idol. At the end.]

Top-tier star Lin Jinzhi wakes up in the body of an obscure, lazy actress with the same name, infamous for being hated across the internet. Her company even forces her to join a dating show.

Lin Jinzhi: How can a company have no clue that celebrities can't get caught up in a dating scandal? What the hell!

But as someone devoted to her career, how could she let herself give up and laze around? So, on the dating show:

While the other guests make a scene to attract viewers' attention, Lin Jinzhi quietly completes her tasks and serves up a table full of delicious dishes.

While the other guests compete to outshine one another, Lin Jinzhi practices singing and dancing by herself, even training the original owner's flabby body into a set of abs.

When a fight breaks out, Lin Jinzhi can even pull one person aside with each hand and publicly humiliate the instigator.

Netizens are amazed to discover that she's nothing like the attention-seeking, clingy troublemaker everyone online described!

Under the watchful eyes of netizens who refuse to believe it, Lin Jinzhi performs the solo stage that made her famous in her previous life during the show's regular entertainment segment. She leaves everyone stunned and becomes an overnight sensation.

While everyone else is falling in love, she's the only one shining on her own!

Netizen: Lin Jinzhi just punched me right in the, uh, heart.

Damn, is this captivating heartbreaker really the same person as that talentless actress from before?

Lin Jinzhi smiles faintly. What is this dating show supposed to be? Isn't this my personal showcase?

Given a second chance at life, she won't just become a top-tier idol. She'll become a great actress, too!

Shen Huaixing: ?

He takes a closer look. ...She really is rare. He's never seen a stage performance this impressive before.

[No real-life models. If there were, I'd get hit by a dump truck and die.]

The early chapters focus on her career. The male lead doesn't have much presence at first; later, she'll focus on her career and find time for romance.
