A competent undercover agent has to do whatever it takes for the mission, no matter how difficult or painful it is. For the sake of their duty and the people they need to protect, they have to, But nobody ever said an undercover agent would have to raise a kid too!! One agent turns to books for advice “Bourbon, what did you buy?” “Child Psychology and Behavior Analysis.” One relies on instinct “Stop eating snacks. Dinner will be ready soon. And no ice cream either, or you’ll get a stomachache again!” “Scotch, are you my mom?” One depends on experience? “Want some ice cream?” “Rye, shut up.” [To observe humanity.] To achieve that goal, a highly intelligent extraterrestrial being known as the System traveled throughout the universe giving speeches and looking for a partner. Its efforts finally paid off, and it found a space jellyfish with a soul but no brains. Little Jellyfish: Are you insulting me again? [I want to learn about human emotions.] That was Little Jellyfish’s goal. Together they set off on a mutually beneficial journey. But Little Jellyfish soon realized she might have been tricked. She’d become all kinds of Earth creatures, but never the human she wanted to learn about. System: This time for sure! This time for sure! Little Jellyfish: Stares Under Little Jellyfish’s murderous glare, the System sent her into yet another new world. And this time, at last “I’m human!” But something seemed off? “Come on, Juri.” “Say hello to your guardians.” A blonde woman, whom she’d only just met and barely knew, pushed her toward three silent men. Reader’s Guide: 0. No pairings in the main story. A bonus chapter will tell the story of someone from another world meeting Little Jellyfish and secretly falling in love with her after she grows up. Little Jellyfish doesn’t return his feelings, so there are no pairings anywhere in the story. In the Detective Conan world, it’s all family and friendship. The main story won’t cover this, so feel free to read it. The main story will be complete by then, and you can decide whether to buy the bonus chapter based on your preferences. It won’t affect the story. The first arc involves two souls sharing one body; Little Jellyfish gets her own body later. I didn’t realize this needed clarifying earlier, so I’m sorry I didn’t mention it before. I can’t say much because it would spoil the story, but rest assured that nobody is maliciously stealing anyone’s body. They’re both adorable, understand and accept each other, and help each other out qwq. 1. The female lead is nonhuman and has no human common sense! She really is a child, both physically and mentally. Her true form is a pink jellyfish resembling a moon jelly. Her abilities are my own invention, with some inspiration from real jellyfish, though I don’t know much about them, so please don’t criticize me. 2. The worlds don’t merge. The main setting is the Detective Conan world, while the other worlds appear in flashbacks. The female lead visits them, but their characters don’t come to her world. The logic isn’t rigorous, and I’m not good at writing mysteries. I just want to write the Whiskey Trio raising a kid. Characters may be out of character, and I absolutely won’t abandon the story!! There’s angst, there’s angst! The ending is happy, but there’s angst! (I’ve mentioned this in the author’s notes, but I’m worried some readers might not be able to handle the angst or might miss the notes, so I’m adding the warning here too.) 3. The plot may go in any direction. I’ll write whatever I can. Everyone survives. 4. If you drop the story, no need to tell me. Let’s part on good terms, and I hope you find a story you love w Theme: Your family will always have your back
