Officer Hagiwara Is Impossible to Reel In

★ Check out my completed work, Matsuda Can't Bite Through It, a Matsuda pairing. ★ I'm feeling a little better and revising the story. Please don't buy it until it's finished. Once revisions are done, I'll replace the relevant plot sections. [Novel blurb] Mikagami Maki, also known as Matsuda Maki, returned to Beika Town and met 5t5. For certain reasons, she developed a rare, little-known disorder: an allergy to criminal behavior. The more she came into contact with vicious criminals, the more her nine-tailed fox blood was roused, triggering allergic reactions of varying severity. These included, but weren't limited to, a feverish body, an inability to hide her animal pupils or tail, shrinking, or even turning completely back into an ordinary white fox... Strangely enough, this allergy could apparently only be cured by cuddling up to her police officer childhood friend, Hagiwara. Her ally, a certain reborn white-haired jujutsu sorcerer known as 5t5, had this to say: Never trust a fox. After a moment's hesitation, Hagiwara agreed. At first, it was just a little touching, hand-holding, and hugging, polite and restrained. For childhood friends who had grown up together, it was nothing unusual. Then simple cuddling was no longer enough to make some of her nonhuman features disappear. It seemed she needed to ask him for more... Hagi was a little hesitant about how quickly their relationship was progressing. But when he saw Maki curled up in a ball, wrapped in her own tail and huddled in the corner, his expression softened. He undid the buttons at his shirt collar and coaxed her in a low voice: "You can do whatever you want to me." "Oh?" A sudden sound startled them both. Matsuda: Hagi, I treated you like a brother and did everything I could to set you up, and you were trying to steal my little sister? Hagiwara: Oh no. I'm done for. Maki: My brother's house has fallen apart. Reader advisory and warnings 1. Mainly Detective Conan. Not much Jujutsu Kaisen plot. No elaborate death fake-outs. No one-sided crushes, just fake friendships all around. Some cases have heavy subject matter. After completion, occasional chapters will include little scenes responding to reader comments. Thanks to every angel who supports the official release. Your support keeps the pantry stocked. 2. Hagiwara pairing. A ninth-life, undying nine-tailed fox actress x a seemingly sweet but secretly calculating, flirtatious human police officer who dotes on others. Mutual pining with a bittersweet edge. Two foxes with eight hundred tricks each, locked in a battle of wits and flirtation. 3. This story is entirely fictional. Happy ending. Characters may be out of character. I don't need writing advice. If you can't keep reading, please just drop the story without telling me, thanks. Please don't ask for recommendations under my story, and please don't mention me under other people's stories. 4.
