I Became a Fold-Eared Cat [Interstellar]

After surviving the apocalypse for ten years, Wen Sang transmigrated into the interstellar era and became a folded-ear cat raised by Bai Luo, an apprentice at a dessert shop. She planned to slip away at once, but when she saw a plate of fragrant, soft coconut milk cakes in front of her, her paws wouldn’t move. Wen Sang: Darn it, he’s tempting me with food. I’ll run off after I finish this plate of coconut milk cakes. Ten minutes later, her belly full, Wen Sang lay on a soft, fluffy cushion. She couldn’t help tipping her head to one side and falling asleep, until the appetizing aroma of crispy little dried fish woke her. Wen Sang: What a waste. I’ll leave after I finish today’s meal... One day, after waiting ages for Bai Luo to come home and make dinner, a hungry Wen Sang crept into the kitchen. She couldn’t reach the cream cookies on top of the cupboard, and in her desperation, she transformed Meow? Wasn’t I a cat? The cat-eared girl froze, clutching a jar of cookies. The day Bai Luo met Wen Sang, she had failed to transform and the pet shop owner had thrown her out, convinced she had a genetic defect. When he saw the little cat with her fur soaked in the rain, his heart softened, and he took her home. She was just a little cat who couldn’t transform. How hard could she be to raise? That is, until the day he hurried home to make dinner for his cat and saw a girl sneaking cat cookies in the kitchen... Theme: Cats are the cutest.
