Please add my next book, "After I Forcefully Become the World-Destroying Villain's Senior Brother," to your reading list, as well as my upcoming book, "I Got the Villain's Script."
Only after Duan Yunxi died did he discover that he was a stand-in for the protagonist bottom in a melodramatic modern romance novel. More specifically, he was the ultimate villainous stand-in: after the protagonist bottom returned from abroad and joined the protagonist top's company, he resented the protagonist top's special attention toward him and constantly made things difficult for him at work. He was the biggest obstacle in the couple's love story.
Reborn right after graduation, before he'd even met the protagonist top, Duan Yunxi decisively packed his bags to get away from the two bizarre leads. But he hadn't expected rebirth to come with a junk-recycling System. The System told him that if he didn't earn ten billion through recycling junk before the story began, he'd be forced to return and follow the plot three years later.
Earn ten billion... by recycling junk? It was obvious that was impossible!
Having lost all hope, Duan Yunxi had already planned how to spend the last three years of his life. Then he noticed that there was something strange about what this recycling center accepted.
Broken mechs and warships from interstellar worlds
Discarded pills and talismans from cultivation worlds
Medicinal herbs and ore scattered across beastfolk worlds
With his confidence restored, Duan Yunxi carried a little stool to the entrance, sat down, and pressed the button on a small loudspeaker beside him. "Scrap recycling! Broken mechs, busted pill furnaces, unwanted ginseng and mushrooms, all kinds of paper talismans and pills you can exchange for cash!"
Upcoming book one: "After I Forcefully Become the World-Destroying Villain's Senior Brother"
After transmigrating into a book, Sang Jinzhuo got stuck with a useless System. It gave him no golden finger, dumped him a hundred years before the story began in the middle of a time vortex, and left him with nothing but a bare-bones outline of the most important plot points.
Sang Jinzhuo's target, the great villain Yin Tu, was barely mentioned in the outline. He was one of many obstacles in the way of the two leads' romance, which was packed with melodramatic tropes: misunderstandings, stand-ins, amnesia, and a willingness to upend the world for each other.
But this particular obstacle didn't die as the plot required during the leads' romance. Instead, he turned evil, replaced the novel's original main villain, and killed the two leads before summoning the Ruoshui to destroy the world.
Sang Jinzhuo's mission in the book was to lower the villain's corruption level and stop him from destroying the world.
The advantage of arriving early was that the villain hadn't yet experienced the two leads' endless absurd stunts and turned evil in a fit of rage. Sang Jinzhuo got there first, took in the scrawny little villain, and raised him with care, successfully turning a gloomy, withdrawn, timid little wretch into a sunny, cheerful puppy of a boy.
Just when he thought this mission was no big deal, the System, which hadn't been online for ages, suddenly let out a piercing shriek.
The world-destroying villain has been reborn! Host, stay alert!
Back in his fifteen-year-old body, Yin Tu was filled with murderous rage and focused solely on cultivating demonic power and taking revenge. But the moment he opened his eyes, someone popped a sweet, fragrant pastry into his mouth, while a handsome young man affectionately ruffled his hair.
His body moved against his will. He obediently looked up at the young man and called him "Senior Brother," then instinctively acted sweet and ingratiating.
Only then did Yin Tu realize there was another consciousness inside this body.
No. Rather than there being another consciousness, he himself was the outsider.
This other self had been taken in by the young man before him as a child. He had never suffered a single hardship, and even his name had been changed to Yin Yuze, a name full of good wishes. His fellow disciples got along with him, his senior brother doted on him, and his smile was so radiant it hurt to look at...
After discovering Yin Tu's existence, he showed no sign of wariness. He even talked to him and, after hearing his made-up story, gave him partial control of their body, determined to help him get revenge.
Naive, foolish, and presumptuous, yet somehow impossible not to envy.
He despised how Sang Jinzhuo's overprotective care and guidance had turned him, someone who should have grown up gloomy and despised, into such a sweet, innocent fool. Yet whenever he used Yin Yuze's body, he couldn't help sinking deeper into Sang Jinzhuo's tenderness and protectiveness, time after time.
Even though he clearly understood that the young man's affection was meant for Yin Yuze, not Yin Tu, he couldn't help greedily seeking the young man's love.
He thought he'd hidden his true nature well, but he couldn't fool Yin Yuze, who shared his body. After Sang Jinzhuo defended him and was forced by those sanctimonious hypocrites to have his golden core removed, Yin Yuze took the initiative and offered to merge with him. His one condition was that, once Yin Tu recovered his powers, he protect his senior brother.
He successfully gained full control of the body. But when he met Sang Jinzhuo's gaze, Yin Tu carefully pretended to be that silly puppy, afraid the young man might notice the slightest thing amiss.
He used the young man's injured eyes as an excuse to tie a blindfold over them, then claimed it was for his protection and locked him up in the Demon Palace so he wouldn't wander. He sealed away every trace of the bloodshed and chaos he had caused outside, making sure not a word of it reached the young man's ears.
He thought he'd hidden his true nature well, but the other man had already noticed the difference between them.
He watched the young man pull off the blindfold and look at him with the same gentle smile as ever. "Even though wolves and dogs are both canines, it's still easy to tell them apart, isn't it?"
Upcoming book two:
"I Got the Villain's Script"
Jiang Yi transmigrated into a book.
The good news was that he had become a wealthy, carefree prince. As the emperor's most beloved youngest son, he didn't have to work hard at court every day, and he owned several shops that raked in money.
Since the original owner loved collecting beautiful people for his household, Jiang Yi also inherited more than a hundred handsome men and beautiful women, all talented and accomplished, as well as the former top-scorer who had been bestowed upon him as his principal husband by the emperor.
On top of that, he came with a golden finger System that could exchange points for anything.
The bad news was that he had transmigrated into the villain of a brainless smut novel. He bought the sweet, innocent bottom, who'd been forced to sell himself to bury his father after the protagonist top drove his entire family to their deaths. Then the bottom's tops one, two, three, four... all ganged up on him, and he eventually died after his estate was confiscated and he was hung on the city wall for three days and three nights.
The System suggested that he cling to the protagonist tops and help them win over the sweet, innocent bottom. Jiang Yi fell silent. With so many legs, how many arms would he need to hug them all?
Jiang Yi looked at all the handsome men and beautiful women in his household, who had tried to save him even when his estate was confiscated, and at his principal husband, who kept the household running smoothly and served him tenderly. He made up his mind.
Come on, I've got the villain's script, so it shouldn't be a problem to take out the first general, the protagonist top who framed loyal officials, ahead of time. And you princes who'd kill your fathers and brothers to fight over the throne and the sweet, innocent bottom: I'll give the old emperor a health pill so he lives to a hundred and see how far you get. And that top five or top six, the top scholar: I'm the villain, so it's perfectly reasonable to dislike you and pin a crime on you to have you executed.
Much later, Jiang Yi reclined in a rocking chair, enjoying a show put on by the handsome men and beautiful women in his household while eating grapes fed to him by his beautiful husband. He raised his eyebrows smugly.
Now that's how a villain should live.
Theme: Recycling waste conserves resources, cleans the environment, and turns junk into treasure!
Fuck him Just came down
It's good to watch. If you want to have some fun, you can watch it. But to be honest, the writing and logic cannot be overstated, especially the logic. Although I am happy, it is the logic that gives me a little headache. The progress speed becomes more and more sloppy, but the setting is very interesting, the style is also bright, and it is very happy to watch the noisy game. But this is probably an article written by the author a long time ago. The writing style of the latest online game is much better.
Quack, check out the small world on your honeymoon
The involution that I'm attacking now is really outrageous.
Have you slept through it?(???ω???)? Used yourself?(???ω???)?
At first I thought it was a fast travel story without a CP, but later I found out that the CP was an intelligent person? Robot? System? Well, that's not very important. Later, I felt that it was a strong national character who surrendered himself to the country and contributed to the construction of the motherland. However, in the end, it seemed like a dream. I always felt that this ending did not match the previous one and was a bit inconsistent.
(Quietly) Can I grab a wad of Langdon and take it home? Just as big as a palm (gesturing)
It ended a little unexpectedly haha
It's pretty good overall, but the ending is a bit off guard.
