Originally titled Detective Conan: Cointreau. Please don't get the wrong novel, dear readers! Cesar Augus Elvet was a notorious interstellar thief. One careless move, and he was hunted down and killed by the Federation army. He thought his twisted life was over, but unexpectedly, he was bound to an adorable [Great Villain Rehabilitation Plan] System. I completely forgot.) Theme: A great villain's transformation into a law-abiding, upstanding citizen
