In My Second Life, I'm Still Trying to Dodge the Bad Ending

QAQ Hagiwara Kenichi is Hagiwara Kenji's younger brother. As for why the younger brother is called Kenichi, Hagiwara Kenichi himself has no idea. He was born into a fairly wealthy family and had a happy, comfortable life. Aside from the curly-haired guy next door, who always pinned him down and called him "big brother," everything was perfect. He grew up and studied according to plan, and, like every other teenage boy, was full of dreams about the future. But it all came to an abrupt end when he was nineteen. His brother died. He died in an explosion. The person who had been laughing as he spoke to him on the phone just yesterday had become a cold gravestone in the blink of an eye. Hagiwara Kenichi went mad. He seemed to see his brother following him around, sighing as he ruffled his hair and apologetically telling him he was sorry. He said, "No, that can't be. My brother can't be dead." He joined an organization that used alcohol as code names. One of their research projects fascinated him: bringing the dead back to life. It was insane, but he didn't care. He just wanted his brother back. Hagiwara Kenichi's codename was Sauternes, a white wine. Later, he saw two of his brother's police academy classmates in the organization. They seemed shocked to see him, but he had no time to think about anything else. He only wanted his brother to come back to life. Then he witnessed Morofushi Hiromitsu's death, and the revival list grew by one. Matsuda Jinpei died next, so Hagiwara Kenichi's revival list grew by one more. But he still didn't manage it, because he died, too. He died on a mission with Furuya Rei, taking a bullet for him. Unfortunately, the bullet went straight through his heart. He died on the spot. Hagiwara Kenichi had always thought this was a scientific world, but only until he opened his eyes. He had died, and then come back to life. He was eighteen, and his brother had just entered the police academy. So Hagiwara Kenichi resolutely enrolled in the police academy through a special recruitment program. At that moment, he sincerely thanked the Black Organization for its training. Watching a group of people run around the track, he stood beside Onizuka Hachizo, stroked his chin, and swore that in this life, he would kick away all those damn bentos for his older brothers.
