The Glory Pigeon King Digs His Way to Godhood

Lin Yi, the king of procrastinators who dug countless plot holes, was relentlessly pressed by readers for updates, and would never fill them even on pain of death. He was forced to transmigrate with the "Novel Completion System."

And so...

On his first day after transmigrating, Lin Yi opened Word, sat at his computer for ten days straight, and started more than ten novels in an instant. Each one had only three chapters.

Before long...

"Anomaly zones" began appearing one after another, and invasions from other worlds grew frequent.

Investigations found that the "anomaly zones" corresponded to the countless unfinished serials written by one novelist.

The serials had been on hiatus for months, and the novelist had vanished without a trace, leaving every plot hole unfilled.

One day, Lin Yi, using a new secret identity to prepare to dig another plot hole, opened his computer. Before he could start typing, someone kicked in his door.

Lu Jiuxi, the sharply dressed director of the Anomaly Investigation Bureau, suddenly showed up and demanded that he provide endings for his stories.

Lin Yi scratched his head awkwardly. "I... only dig plot holes. I never fill them..."

Lu Jiu looked at the holes he'd dug and, for once, fell silent instead of cracking one of his usual crude jokes.

Lin Yi said timidly, "And that's not all... I've dug holes under N other secret identities, too..."

Lu Jiu was so shocked that, after a long pause, all he could manage was, "...You can clean up your own mess."

From then on, Lin Yi took the "Novel Completion System" with him to the anomaly zones. He transformed into various characters from the anomalies and worked with the Bureau's agents to bring about all kinds of "endings" and put a stop to them.

Anomalies already resolved:

[Beasts from beyond the stars brought war and disaster. Until the Moon Goddess's followers raised their staffs and embarked on a quest to exterminate them...]

[An empty wasteland was home to a newly built circus, whose invitations were sent to every corner of the world. Esteemed audience, the show is about to begin. Please welcome our first performer, Mr. Clown.]

[The suona blared, and the wedding sedan chair was carried forth, with ten miles of red wedding finery. The Zhou family was marrying off their daughter and hosting a grand banquet for the whole city. Then came the wailing, the candles went out, and vicious ghosts ran rampant. The groom came to wed his bride, but before her veil could be lifted, he met his end in the underworld.]
