The Sword Immortal Was Already a Sick Fox

Years after Pei Rong sacrificed himself to the heavens, he woke to blue skies, a gentle breeze, and a peaceful world.

Everyone sang his praises for his sacrifice. Tall memorial statues stood at every corner, and incense was offered up in his honor-

But he had become a spiritual cultivator struggling to survive. His sect had collapsed, and no one knew where his direct disciple had gone.

Ever since his master sacrificed himself, Mu Jingxu had wandered far and wide. Then one day, a novice spiritual cultivator carrying a beat-up sword told him to call him "Master."

Mu Jingxu: My master doesn't have a tail.

Fluffed-up Pei Rong: Don't laugh. Starting now, I do.

A new name has recently appeared on the cultivation world's beauty ranking: a little fox cultivator with peerless swordsmanship.

All kinds of cultivators, whether haughty or wanton by nature, were inevitably captivated by him for a moment.

But only the Sword Immortal's little disciple dared to get handsy with him.

Fellow immortals: Is your disciple a little too disrespectful?

Pei Rong: ...I allow it.

·

The Abyss appeared, vengeful ghosts swarmed forth, and the mortal world fell. In white robes, he raised his sword, and its strike sent waves crashing in a shock that shook the world.

Cultivators from every sect raised their arms and cried: We welcome the Sword Immortal's return!
