I Can't Hold Back the Mad Dog Captain [Esports]

Arrogant prodigy, mad-dog tactician top x aloof, resilient algorithm genius bottom

Algorithm prodigy Wen Yu transmigrated into a book and became a little support player known in esports as "useless hands."

In the book, the original character joined a new team after his old one disbanded, only to become a cannon-fodder foil to the protagonist and eventually starve to death on the streets.

Wen Yu: ...

To make sure he could return to his original world, he embarked on an esports journey.

In his first week on the team, he competed against another substitute in a sleepless endurance challenge to become Ji Yuheng's primary support.

The rule: whoever ranked up first would get the spot.

No one expected the poor little thing to beat his opponent by staying awake for 48 hours straight, then declare that he could keep going.

Substitute: "???"

#Bro, you're way too hardcore!#

In his second week on the team, his teammates discovered his algorithm skills. He used distance calculations to predict movement and take down Ji Yuheng, who had never been beaten.

Everyone was incredulous: ?

#Is this guy a genius?!#

In his third week on the team, Wen Yu became the team's darling, someone everyone looked after.

Teammate 1: A Yu, want breakfast?

Teammate 2: Babe, want to play a match?

Teammate 3: Yu, want me to wash your socks?

Everyone in unison: A Yu/Babe/Yu, please teach us how to take down that old dog Ji Yuheng!

Their renowned ice-cold beauty, Ji Yuheng, lowered his eyes indifferently and put an arm around Wen Yu's shoulders. "Taking me down is a perk of being my support."

Everyone: ???

Wen Yu: ???

Ji Yuheng, captain of the RDCX team, nicknamed Erlang Shen.

He had no interest in this weak support player.

Until, during a practice match, he discovered that his new support could not only take him down, but also keep up with his mad-dog pace!

From then on, with Wen Yu supporting him, Ji Yuheng began to let loose.

Teammate 1: "Where's the captain?"

Teammate 2: "The captain charged out to bite someone again!"

Their captain had Wen Yu cornered against a wall, his warm breath brushing Wen Yu's neck as his red lips bit his sensitive earlobe. "A Yu, my support, mine."
