The Olympic Gold Is Mine [Figure Skating]

Updating Go: I Never Lose Playing Black After completing ten missions, Cong Lan returned to her own world. At last, she was free from the threat of death posed by her rare disease and had a healthy body. System: What would you like to do? Cong Lan thought it over. Figure skating. Some say that women’s figure skating with Cong Lan in it was both spectacular and sorrowful. She burst onto the scene at twelve. Her already outstanding technical skills were matched by exceptional artistry, and she ruled the ice for more than a decade. From Sochi to Beijing and Zhangjiakou, she claimed gold at all three Olympic Games, leaving every other women’s skater in her shadow. At the same time, everyone fought to catch up, and the standard of women’s figure skating rose at a breathtaking pace. The athletes born in the same era as her were worthy of both admiration and sympathy. The spiral across the rink, the sit spin, the Biellmann, the triple Axel, the quadruple jump... Cong Lan showed people what it looked like when a god danced on ice. Standing on the highest podium, draped in her country’s flag, was her most beautiful moment. The music selected for the heroine currently has a playlist collection on NetEase Cloud Music. Search for the user ID [Cong Lan LLL]. Guide: There are playlists for each season, with the short and long program music listed in the descriptions. The tentative tracks are songs she might use, but not necessarily. My Favorites includes some music by her teammates and tracks mentioned in the story (more to be added; I’ll update it after the story is complete), as well as other music in different versions. Saved Playlists contains complete playlists for musicals, ballets, and other productions. Podcasts: Because there are few available recordings, I could only find some of them. The chapters where each season’s music appears are listed in the chapter notes, along with where you can find it. I’ll sort out the other apps after I finish the story. Finding the right versions is too much trouble, and I haven’t registered accounts on them. 1. Two golden fingers: enhanced healing that speeds up recovery, plus a special training space provided by the System. 2. Exceptional talent, with her figure skating skills developed to the utmost level. 3. There will be a little ensemble cast writing (if it even counts as that), with a slice-of-life focus. 4. Set in a fictionalized modern world. Competitions and rules differ somewhat from reality, and have been changed to suit the story. 5. There are no real-life models. Real athletes are so remarkable that their life stories are already legends. [Thank you to everyone willing to support the official version. Reasonable suggestions and comments are welcome. Feel free to say whether you like the story or not, but please don’t attack readers who do enjoy it. Also, please understand that allowing negative ratings in the comments doesn’t mean the author and other readers can’t respond.] [This is a long story. I recommend subscribing as you read, so you don’t end up subscribing to the whole thing and then realizing you don’t want to read it.] [Thank you for supporting the official version. Bowing once again.] [I’m revising the story, so there may be bugs from one part to another. I’ll fix them as soon as I can.] [Thank you all for pointing out the mistakes. I’m very sorry they happened.] [I despise DWG, truly, so don’t come flaunting it in front of me.] [Paragraph comments will be deleted. Chapter comments generally won’t, though I may delete them if people start arguing.] [Very little romance. The male lead is the official pairing, but he doesn’t get much story time. Character cards are based on their role in the story. The true soulmates are the ice skates.] Theme: Strive to rise to the top, cherish your original passion, persevere through sheer determination, and never give up once you’ve made up your mind.
