After I Entered a Historical Romance Novel

Sang Jun had just fought her way out of a battlefield in a matriarchal kingdom, sword in hand and covered in blood, when she discovered she'd transmigrated into a historical romance novel. ☆ With the enemy at the imperial capital's gates and the two armies facing off, she yields, hands over her military command, helps him ascend the throne, and retreats to the imperial harem. The male lead says tenderly, "This realm belongs to the two of us. I am willing to rule it with you, offering the kingdom as my betrothal gift and taking you as my empress." Sang Jun's sword flashes past. "Wonderful. Now you can die." ☆ The emperor is incompetent and gets captured on a military campaign. A new ruler takes over, cowers, and sends a princess as tribute in exchange for years of peace. The male lead becomes emperor, and the princess becomes empress. The new ruler hides his face behind his sleeve. "I had no choice..." Sang Jun holds him at swordpoint. "So you can hand me the throne now. Hurry up." ☆ He devotes himself to enduring hardship and restoring his kingdom. She is wealthy beyond measure, giving him money, people, and everything he needs, until he takes the throne. Only afterward does she learn that the emperor once wiped out her entire family. In anguish, she bears three sons and dies. The male lead roars, "I love you so much! Isn't having me enough for you?" Sang Jun stands with her sword in hand. "If you love me so much, why can't you go die?" Content notes: 1. This is probably a not-so-fast quick transmigration story. The worlds are undecided; I'll figure them out as I write. 2. Sang Jun: Jun is pronounced with the fourth tone, and the name means fine jade. 3. The heroine is the only one, the heroine is the only one, the heroine is the only one. 4. The heroine transmigrates from the modern world into a matriarchal kingdom, then into a historical romance novel, so she's actually a modern person. 5. No romance. The heroine loves no one. She's simply a professional empress. 6. There's a System, and later there will be some nation-building. After ascending the throne, she has to govern, after all. 7. I'll add anything else later. Theme: Live for yourself, and be independent and strong.
