My Ability Is War and Peace

Living in a world where nations are ranked by their supernatural abilities: whether that’s a blessing or a curse is hard to say. It all probably began because Natasha wanted to see her older brother, Fyodor. For the first time, Natasha left Russia of her own accord and came to Japan, an obscure island nation in the Far East. A Russian major general, the current head of the four-hundred-year-old Rostov family, one of the Russian oligarchs who held the lifeline of the global economy, and also Russia’s strongest ability user, Natasha was nevertheless suspected of being the product of an artificial-human experiment: “What are you talking about?” “Brother?” “Don’t try to claim a connection to me, Verlaine.” “I’m not like a pitiful existence such as you. I was born as a human being, and I was expected to live as one.” [Even if my very personality is fake, I will never let anyone control me. That is my will as a human being.] … But here, Natasha also met some interesting friends. He wasn’t good at banter, was a little spacey, and she could talk to him all day without getting bored. At Lupin’s Bar, when the bandaged boy started talking about Yokohama’s endless misfortunes, Natasha scoffed. “What’s that got to do with me? This is Japan, not Russia.” Then she turned to the red-haired young man beside her and said, “…If you run into trouble you can’t handle, contact me. We have treaties in place, so I can come over if another country starts causing trouble.” The bandaged boy beside her: “…” The young man with a mole at the corner of his mouth: “…” [You deserve this world, and this world deserves you. No matter what, I hope you live a brilliant life in this world.] … Her ability, “War and Peace,” was an exceptionally rare, concept-granting ability. It was the only ability in the world named after “war,” and whether it meant war or peace depended entirely on one person’s whim. She was, in every sense, the “Master of War.” Such tremendous power was bound to attract covetous eyes. In the darkness, her true older brother extended an invitation: “It’s abilities that have made this world so distorted. Abilities are the original sin of this world. Join me in eradicating its evil.” Natasha wholeheartedly agreed and accepted her brother’s invitation. [The troublemaking rice ball has landed the strongest henchwoman.] Just as her life was finally starting to get better, she “died” once again. The scorching sun blazed overhead, and pedestrians flowed past like a river. Everything before her looked like a kaleidoscope: shattered, dazzling, and bizarre. A fox-eyed sorcerer in a Jujutsu High uniform looked down contemptuously at the European girl blocking his path. “Move, monkey.” Her consciousness, already muddled by her sudden transmigration, grew even foggier. She shifted her eyes. …Monkey? “BOOOOOOM, ” [Extra, extra: A mountain on the outskirts of Tokyo has been plowed over by an unidentified “curse” with an unknown appearance and unknown abilities! The existence of curses can’t be kept secret anymore!!!] … The word “negotiation” wasn’t in the strongest man’s vocabulary. I make the demands, and you make them happen. If you can’t, then die. By the time most of the higher-ups were dead, the Six Eyes cat, with memories of a parallel world at age twenty-eight, finally came to his senses. “…Where did all those expired, shriveled-up rotten oranges I left here go??” [A revolution isn’t a dinner party. I didn’t mean to start a revolution, but you made me unhappy :)] The Russian girl is an ability user, Russia’s strongest, and one of the five strongest powerhouses in the world! Like her handsome younger brother Fyodor from the manga, the Russian girl is a beautiful young woman. There will be plenty of European ability users, both original characters and canon characters, but the Russian ability users will get the most screen time. In short, the Russian Literary Greats Group is going to be super active (yay)! The Russian girl has a chaotic-neutral alignment, and is mentally unstable most of the time. Aside from that, this is also a main world where the Armed Detective Agency isn’t guaranteed to win the battle to seize the “Book.” The pairing is the cheerful, sunny white-haired boy Gojo~ Upcoming story: Establishing the mind for Heaven and Earth, securing the lives of the people, continuing the lost teachings of the sages, and bringing peace to all generations. The fate of the world is everyone’s responsibility. Learning should be put to practical use in governing the world. Looking back on his life, Gu Qiguang said with a somewhat joking air, “Savior? I must have had more than ten titles like that.” For instance, he was born a prince whose birth mother was a concubine confined to the cold palace, yet spent his life controlling floods and ushering in an age of prosperity. For instance, when the imperial house lost its power and rival factions vied for supremacy, he led his family to defend against the surrounding foreign threats, changing what would otherwise have become a central plain where nine out of ten households lay empty a few decades later. For instance, he passed the highest imperial examination at the end of a dynasty but refused an official post, instead building up industry to save his country. Or, after being attacked by vampires and turned into one himself, he was shunned by the bright sun of day, yet insisted on becoming a superhero… … Praised by the people in life, worshipped for generations after death. “When it comes to what the people need, we don’t say what we can do.” “If the people need it, then we do it. If we have the means, we get to work; if we don’t, we create the means and get to work anyway.” (The protagonist is already max-level from the start, with maxed-out scientific research skills.) Theme: Even when you have nothing, keep hope in your heart.
