Hewara, an utterly ordinary novelist in the real world, dies of illness and transmigrates into a 2.5-dimensional world. His consciousness projects into the fictional world, creating several "secret identities," or incarnations.

In a pure white room, the System says: This is a collapsing world, and your proving ground. Your Observer exists in a higher dimension. You must have a tremendous impact on this world. Your will shall spread like a plague until you successfully ascend to become...

This is a collapsing world, currently in a phase of constant "ascent." In the not-too-distant future, it will reach the mouths of higher-dimensional beings, who will completely seize and absorb it.

Only an outside will can taint the world's fundamental concepts, so the world itself has become a proving ground for a "new god."

When the world undergoes a "qualitative change," the higher-dimensional beings will abandon their food. The world will leave its "ascent" phase and begin to "fall," returning to its original position and eventually reaching equilibrium. This is not a conventional story about saving the world.

# Two storylines are interwoven in a chaotic fashion: Yokohama's foreign settlement and the Detective Conan Black Organization.

Notes:

1. The protagonist is nonhuman. His novelist incarnations take part in the trial. He is a "new god," an evil god in the cosmic-horror tradition.

2. The crossover world undergoes two trials. The first spreads "influence," while the second causes large-scale deaths and destruction.

3. This is not a conventional story about saving the world. Please keep that in mind.

Figures move in the gray mist. Strange things spread, and flowers bloom everywhere, while the world is destined to fall silent.

Notes: Character I, the Joker, is from DC.

Character II, Dominica Kent, is from my own imagination. Related snippets are posted on Weibo.

Synopsis:

Megan Damon is an autistic child whom the Joker personally took in and raised.

When she was little, she ignored everyone because of her illness. Once she was a little older, she asked the Joker, "Dad, Jonathan said you hit me when I was little."

The Joker: ? Did the Scarecrow make that up and spread the rumor while he was in Arkham?

As far as the Joker is concerned, Megan was corrupted when she was little. She learned from Robin to throw punches at her daddy, then grew rebellious and defiant, always eager to do things he'd expressly forbidden.

Including, but not limited to, telling Batman the Joker had escaped, planting bombs, ruining his parties and plans, running away from home to hang out with her friends and staying out all night...

[It's all Robin and Batman's fault.]

■ Notes:

① Megan has no superpowers, golden finger, or System cheat. She can't use magic, has no secret identities, did not transmigrate or get reborn, has no melodramatic backstory, and isn't a Batkid or the Joker's biological child. She's just an ordinary sick child and doesn't take part in the main events of the original story.

② A long slice-of-life story about the Joker raising a child. The girl grows up healthy, and even though she's ill, she'll recover. She never even suffers a broken bone as she grows up.
