[Western Crossover] The Phone Hero

People have their share of misfortune and good fortune. Maybe Heaven thought she had died unfairly in her early twenties and took pity on her, letting her be reborn with her memories. Only, it seemed that before she died, she had somehow fused with the phone in her pocket. From the day she was born, she could see a display just like her old phone's home screen, with the time, signal, apps, and battery life. It went down by 1% a year, which was manageable. Only after she discovered she could use apps to wield Superman's powers did she realize that the world she'd been reborn into wasn't the same one she'd lived in before The introverted, atavistic crocodile boy next door was the parallel-universe counterpart of Killer Croc from the neighboring DC world. A sexy, bearded man who felt guilty about him was Iron Man, the richest man in America. A well-built Black male student at her university moonlighted as the king of an African country. She humanely eliminated the Joker from the neighboring world, and the caped, pointy-eared hero of the night had no words to argue back. Superman from another world wanted to become an Injustice-style tyrant, but she pinned him to the ground and worked him back into an upright Superman. Later, Azaria, who had once used a wild scheme to prevent the Avengers from splitting up, became a major player in the eyes of both heroes and villains. She smoked with a cool detachment. “Don't call me a superhero. I'm neither super nor a hero. I'm just myself.” Theme: Though I've come to understand the world, I still cherish the smallest things.
