Fushiguro-Kun Thinks This Won’t Work

Reader's note (the notices in the blurb take priority over author's notes): The early chapters focus on father-son everyday life, along with various other everyday situations. The final pairing is Itadori and Fushiguro (with a clear Gojo-to-Fushiguro setup, so enter with caution if that's not your thing), and aside from Daddy and Megumi's mom, [there are no other secondary pairings]. No ship-bashing. There are no pairings besides the ones mentioned above. Please respect one another, and thank you very much (the setting is at the very bottom of the blurb). If you're not enjoying it, cut your losses in time. You're free to come and go (bows). This story is exclusively published on Jinjiang Literature City. Any reposting is piracy. If you enjoy it, please support the official Jinjiang edition and respect intellectual property. The author needs to stay alive to keep writing; if I starve, there'll be no more stories (waves). [Blurb] After the Shibuya Incident ended, Megumi woke up to find himself back in infancy. Megumi, utterly bewildered: ??? For Megumi, returning to infancy was definitely not good news. For example, he'd have to see that deadbeat father of his again, the one who was drowning in debt, sold him off when he was in elementary school, and shamelessly continued living carefree somewhere in the world. However... Reborn Megumi lay in his long-deceased birth mother's arms, staring at the face of the father whose appearance he'd long forgotten. There was no doubt that the father fifteen-year-old Megumi had branded a deadbeat had the same face as the man he'd recently seen during the Shibuya Incident. [What's your name?] [Fushiguro...? So you're not a Zenin?] [That's a real relief.] After saying those few words to him, the powerful man, whose corpse had been stolen after his death and who had been summoned back from the underworld with a technique, killed himself without hesitation. Why had that man chosen to kill himself? Megumi's confusion at the time seemed to have found its answer, but the truth was even harder to believe. With complicated feelings and a completely different perspective, reborn Megumi began to observe the past he couldn't remember. And then, time flew by. Reborn once more, expressionless, and now truly the head of the family, Megumi began painstakingly figuring out how to support his useless Daddy. Megumi (in a monotone): I was reborn, and now I have to raise the useless old child in my family, even though I'm only one year old. Megumi: This is hilarious. He'll never grow up.jpg Megumi thinks this won't do. After being reborn, Megumi wants to commit patricide every single day.jpg Setting: The story has a custom alternate ending based on the original. (It was written before the manga's chapter 147 spoilers came out, and the abilities, background, and ending are largely based on fanon.) Daddy is a scumbag but secretly a doting father; Megumi is beloved by everyone. Megumi's middle school is changed to Teiko, and the story crosses over with other everyday-life, sports, and detective series [none with supernatural abilities]. Cursed energy is the only supernatural power in this setting. Theme: A peaceful life is happiness
