[Updates when inspiration strikes, in the "You and I will live longer than fate" series]
I'm a visitor from another world.
In this new world, I have a boyfriend. Though we usually have a long-distance relationship from thousands of miles apart, we are incredibly committed to maintaining this flimsy romance.
My boyfriend has a weird laugh and a distinctive hairstyle, and he's obsessed with uniforms, but that doesn't stop me from using him to pursue my ideals or freeloading off his skills.
Of course, I know perfectly well that he also thinks I'm a useful tool.
Everything about this relationship is great. We can even save money by not spending hours on the phone. There's just one flaw: my boyfriend is never online.
Whenever I need a human tool or a summoned beast, he conveniently goes AFK.
Don't ask. He's busy trying to break out of prison...
Men can't be relied on, just as pineapples can't grow on trees. The old saying never lies.
So I decisively betrayed the shared ideals my boyfriend and I had, packed my things, and ran off with my beloved master.
Isn't the junior student's faction just the best?
That's how I talked myself into it, though I felt a little guilty.
But still...
"Why did you join later than me but end up as my boss?" I asked the question of my soul.
The pineapple-headed boyfriend, finally free of his SSS-rank can: "I didn't, I swear..."

#The Story of How I Betrayed the Ideals My Boyfriend and I Shared to Join the Rival Faction, Only to Find Out That My Boyfriend Was Here Too and Had Become My Boss#
[How to Enjoy]
1. The main story is in third person. The heroine is from the Gintama cast, and she's an airheaded, sweet girl who turns dark.
2. Lots of headcanon and some timeline changes. For example, the entire Katekyo Hitman Reborn cast will be in high school instead of middle school, and the timeline of Death Note is compressed.
3. After restructuring the outline, I removed the K section.
4. There's a long gap between the events written in the first twenty or so chapters and those in the later chapters, so the style may change somewhat.
5. A crossover with Katekyo Hitman Reborn, Yokohama Port Logistics, the Distillery, Gintama, The Headless Urban Legend, and others.
6. The pairing is the pineapple-headed guy. They start out pretending to be a couple.

[Welcome to the Faction Showdown Game]
[Please select an ability system]
After three straight losses in his fourth playthrough, player Chichuan Yiri finally turned his attention to an ability system called "Detective Science."
In this Detective Science world, he didn't get a cheat that let him kick a soccer ball into orbit, nor did he learn how to drive a car onto a high-speed train. Instead, he inherited his identity cards from the first three playthroughs, with all their skill trees locked.
[Warning: Incompatible ability system]
Chichuan Yiri: ...So I just have the character settings, then?
After losing again and again without getting the Detective Science-exclusive Hawaii training school buff, he decided to open three storylines at once this time, becoming a ruthless point-farming machine and turning every character into a tool.
[Identity Card 1: Stand user who can't summon a Stand]
A new criminal investigation consultant at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is extremely sleepy, but also positive, open-minded, and cheerful.
"Officer Matsuda, if I give you a lunchbox, will your affection for me go up?"
Matsuda: ?
The player pulls out ten lunchboxes: "Officer Matsuda, can my affection score with you go up by ten now?"
Matsuda: ...
[Identity Card 2: Ability user who has lost their ability]
A mysterious, mobility-impaired information broker quietly appears in Tokyo. They're extremely good at their job, but their background is a mystery.
"It's been three days since I sent Gin that intel."
"Did he take out Akai?"
"No, he got killed instead."
"Because it's been four days since I sent Akai that intel."
[Identity Card 3: Mafia member who can't ignite flames]
A frail newcomer joins the organization. They cough every three steps and wheeze every five, but their resume is dazzling. They're determined to win every distillery achievement award and compete with Gin.
A model employee at the distillery: "What achievement did he earn this time?"
A henchman in sunglasses: "He successfully learned to make sandwiches from Bourbon."
A model employee at the distillery: ...

Other players on the server: Hey, why are you spamming the chat?
Chichuan Yiri: What? Isn't this a single-player game?
Chichuan Yiri: Then that's even better. Everyone can be my tool!
Other players on the server: ???
Players on the game forum:
Month One: This has to be cheating, right?!
Month Two: Big shot, please go easy on us!
Month Three: Let us cling to your coattails! Carry us to victory!
But now the golden-ticket player, who's been thriving in the Detective Science world, is facing a serious problem:
The System only said he'd inherit the identity cards from the first three playthroughs. It never said the NPCs from those playthroughs would be transported here too!
Facing a Stand user, an ability user, and a flame-igniting Mafia member who have suddenly appeared,
Chichuan Yiri: Don't come any closer!
