I Keep Hiding My Secret Identity Every Day [Infinite]

The big shot Xie Xilang, a veteran of the Infinite Management Bureau, retired with honors and was sent to an ordinary infinite world to enjoy his retirement.

The subway wraith handed him free tickets, the shadows lurking in the library replenished his spiritual sustenance, and the abominations clinging to the ceiling with their limbs twisted helped renovate his room.

He built a cozy home in a haunted apartment building.

That was until he met a player who had accidentally wandered into the infinite world, and shamefully fell for him.

What should he do? The other guy couldn't even hurt a fly. Should he play along?

When a bloodstained skeleton in the laboratory came toward them, Xie Xilang, disguised as a player, cried, "Ah! How scary!"

The bloodstained skeleton: ...

Thanks. My last head is still being used as a vase at your house.

Yan Shuqi, a retired speedrunning pro from infinite dungeons, changed careers and blended in with the players as a hidden NPC.

That was until he met a player who was too delicate to take care of himself.

What should he do? He wasn't really in the mood to follow the plot anymore.

Later, the two met on the road to a certain final boss.

One carried a bundle of arms, while the other held a head.

Xie Xilang tried to hide the bundle of arms behind his back and gave an awkward laugh. "What a coincidence. So you're here too."

Yan Shuqi: "...Your hand fell off."

Infinite dungeons / powerful leads / a little horror (probably? Could also be comedy) / gentle on the inside, rips dungeon bosses apart on the outside / 1v1, happy ending

The title and blurb may be revised later, but the central hook will stay the same.
