Thirty-Six Thousand by Lao Mao Wu

Licorice, fennel, borneol, coptis, dodder seed, desert cistanche.

One flavor each of love and hate, half a coin of bitter brew.

A glimpse of the clingy everyday life of Old Cat Wu and Captain Xiang when they first started dating, with a six-year time skip in the middle. At the end, there's a little preview of Old Cat turning ruthless and getting down to business, which also serves as a hint at the third book, Silent Crow.

I started this on a whim. Feel free to stay or leave, but please don't bash it.

Theme: Just messing with you.
