After I Became a Princess (Abandoned Mid-Story Indefinitely, Enter at Your Own Risk)

This work is being discontinued.

I’ve tried many times, but the updates have always been sporadic, and I’ve more or less hit a wall. That’s not good, so I think I should learn to let go.

I won’t leave an unfinished story in my collection, though. I’ll set it aside for now and finish it someday if I feel ready to write again.

Thank you to every reader, and I’m truly sorry.

Blurb:

Everyone in Great Chu knows that the Princess of Xiping is beautiful and famed for her allure. With the young emperor at her side, she controls the court and truly stands as The Outcast, above one and below all.

Unfortunately, no one will marry her. After several betrothals fall through, she gives up and starts keeping male favorites.

Xiao Yuan, Prince of Jingbei, is ambitious and ruthless. On his second day back in the capital, he storms into court with a blade and becomes regent.

Everyone waits to see who will come out on top: the princess who holds the young emperor close, or the regent who commands the army.

But then...

The regent carries the princess into his carriage.

The princess spends the night at the prince’s residence.

The regent enters the princess’s tent and doesn’t emerge for two hours.

The ministers: Her Highness is truly extraordinary. Even the ruthless god of death who recognizes no family has become a willing subject beneath her skirts.
