[Crossover] The Thrilling Lives of Laili Ao and Ouli Er

Koya is Japanese-American, with an unknown mother, and grew up with her father, a detective.

On her sixteenth birthday, her detective father went to prison.

She thought, What a damn surprising birthday present.

She cried all day. After sleeping, she woke up to a message that her boyfriend, Matsuda Ita, had gone to prison too.

"Oh."

My sixteenth birthday was the most exciting day of my life.

Then something even more exciting happened: she laid an egg.

She laid an egg...

Laid an egg...

An egg...

Egg...

"All right," Koya said, looking at the Easter egg. "Now this is the most exciting day."

She had no idea she'd just jinxed herself again.

A few years later, with everyone watching, Koya plunged her hand into the chest of the Lightning Lad and pulled out an egg patterned with lightning bolts. The egg visibly "dye-d" black in her hand, and a white X appeared on it.

Everyone saw the Lightning Lad wrapped in black mist, immense negative emotions pouring off him. His costume turned black, and from head to toe, he seemed to be saying, "Impossible."

Could anything be more exciting than meeting a superhero, watching him turn evil, and being the one who made it happen?

System: There is! How about Uncle 682 or Peanut 173?

Theme: I'm excitement itself. Who's afraid?
