My Big Boss Is Next Door [Infinite]

Blurb

"As long as I don't admit it, we haven't broken up!"

They say the big boss of the horror game zone had a wife who died young, and has used that as an excuse to stay single ever since.

Recently, the big boss went missing.

All the other bosses: Great news! Break out the champagne!!

In the game world, the big boss sprints down the hallway, with his ex-girlfriend, who used to trade barbs with him every day, chasing after him. He's so happy he almost cries. He hides in a room. Molly comes in with a knife and opens the closet door.

Molly: "I heard you've been telling everyone I'm dead?"

Qin Si: "Hear me out first!"

Molly: "..."

Molly raises the forty-meter cleaver in her hand, ready to kill her ex on the spot.

Qin Si: "Wait, I have one more question!"

Molly: "I used to love you."

Qin Si: "There are so many people here. Why are you only chasing me?"

Molly: "I've got a year-end quota to meet."

Reader's guide:

1. Romance-focused, one-on-one, happy ending.

2. The leads knew each other when they were alive, and neither of them is human.

3. The game setting is my own invention. The NPCs and bosses are all real ghosts.

Theme: In a civilized society, talk things out. Don't resort to violence.
