Born to Perform [Showbiz]

Newcomer Gu Fei shot to fame overnight with his role as a born killer in a crime drama, letting his dangerous yet alluring charm run wild.

Enthralled reporters showered him with praise: "Mr. Gu, your acting feels completely natural and is truly astonishing. As a newcomer, do you have any tips or advice for us?"

Gu Fei smiled into the microphone. "Maybe I'm just playing myself."

The reporter doubled over laughing. "Mr. Gu, you're hilarious."

No, no, he wasn't hilarious. He really was a born serial-killer-in-the-making.

Yuan Che took off his glasses and chuckled. "The more dangerous they are, the more beautiful they look. I want to lock him up and admire him all to myself. Of course, keeping a cold-blooded beast in a cage comes at a price. But once I have him, I will be his entire world."

As if sensing something, Gu Fei raised his head and gazed through the screen, looking troubled and perplexed. "I'm a pervert, and Yuan Che doesn't seem quite right either. He's a germaphobe, and he's not afraid of dying. The easiest way to solve this once and for all would be to make Yuan Che disappear from the world. Too bad I can't beat him, let alone kill him..."

Gu Fei yawned in Yuan Che's arms, then reluctantly slipped the knife back under his pillow.

Forget it. Maybe he should become an award-winning actor first?

One man suffers from emotional detachment, while the other is a born villain with violence in his genes. Miraculously, they become masters of the acting method. Their greatest achievement in acting isn't a shelf full of awards. It's spending their entire lives playing normal people.
