I Forgot I Switched Souls with the Emperor

Years after she was found and brought back as the real daughter of the Marquis's household, Jiang Cijing, accustomed to her freedom, was forced to marry an emperor who had always regarded the fake daughter as his one true love.

The sickly, scheming emperor, Chu Linxue, had disliked this empress ever since he was Prince Ning. She came from a bodyguard agency and had taken the place of the woman he loved.

After Jiang Cijing repeatedly provoked him and "accidentally" scalded his beloved, Jiang Wanyao, Chu Linxue finally lost his patience. He had a huge fight with Jiang Cijing and wrote an edict deposing her.

But when he woke up, Chu Linxue discovered that he had become Jiang Cijing, and he was pregnant!!!

Then he received an edict from the "emperor," Jiang Cijing, dismissing him and sending him back to his family...

Damn it! His Majesty, ruler of all under heaven, had become a "discarded wife" carrying a baby.

By the time he finally saw through everyone's ugly faces, fell in love with Jiang Cijing, and switched back into his own body, Jiang Cijing had lost her memory.

She had forgotten everything that happened after they switched bodies. All she remembered was that, the night before the switch, Chu Linxue had wanted to depose her for Jiang Wanyao.

Fine. Let him love whoever he wants. Jiang Cijing decided to make the best of her amnesia.

But word had already spread in secret that the emperor and empress might have switched bodies. Almost everyone knew, except Jiang Cijing.

Jiang Cijing, who always made a fuss and stirred up trouble: Your Majesty, what I say now carries more weight than what you say. This isn't right! It's a usurpation, a sign of disrespect for the emperor! Depose me already!

Chu Linxue: What about the crown prince?

Jiang Cijing looked at the little crown prince clinging to her leg. "Who gave birth to him?!"

Chu Linxue: "I did."

Jiang Cijing, stunned beyond belief: "You're a man. How is that even possible?!"

Chu Linxue: "Because you forcibly took over my body back then."

Jiang Cijing: "Why does that sound so suggestive? It makes it sound like someone forced an unwilling man into... you know."
