[Constitutional Monarchy] The Crown Princess

The Crown Princess ~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~ Fairy tales came so fast, it was like getting slapped across the face, and Li Yiyue was completely dumbfounded. She'd been walking along minding her own business, and somehow ended up a "princess": the long-lost granddaughter of a prince. The moment she met her real grandmother, the Princess Consort, before she could even put on a tearful reunion, she was told, "Well, it's time for you to marry the Crown Prince." Being a bewildered Crown Princess isn't easy. In the calm, mysterious Forbidden City, life comes down to eight words: outward harmony, inner discord; undercurrents abound. Luckily, there's a Crown Prince who is alluring, domineering, cool, handsome, and impossibly charming. But will the Crown Prince's kind-faced, black-hearted stepmother let the heartthrob Crown Prince smoothly ascend the throne? ~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~★~☆~ P.S.: 1. This story takes place in a parallel-timeline China with a constitutional monarchy. The royal family's rules are mostly based on those of the Ming dynasty. 2. A lighthearted story of romance and a modern royal court.
