Later, she started showing up all over the place at crime scenes and black-market deals. But nobody knew what she was doing, or what her real goal was.

The Red Faction was wary of her.

The Black Faction was afraid of her.

Xingze Jinki, completely unaware of all this, scratched her head. I just wanted to check in. What are you all afraid of?

At some point, Xingze Jinki noticed that more and more people were following her around.

The cat-eyed lawyer and pink-haired intern at her company kept asking when they'd have a team outing.

The curly-haired officer and the peach-eyed police officer from the Metropolitan Police Department kept inviting her out for meals.

The dark-skinned waiter from Café Poirot had moved in next door and kept dropping by her place.

And that silver-haired passerby would show up in front of her every so often to make sure she saw his face.

Xingze Jinki had just acquired the Karasuma Group under the guidance of a System task, and she was completely baffled.

#So why are they sneaking around and following me every day?#

#Are they trying to borrow money from me?#

#Hmph. Give it up, men.#
