The Ancient God of Poverty Makes Money Online

Si Qingqing:

A woman who shares every hardship with the God of Poverty. She gets fired from jobs for no reason, and every business venture she tries ends in a loss.

With nowhere else to turn, she prays to the gods and Buddha. Buddha, majestic and solemn, tells her that a thousand years ago she caused a huge mess, turning someone who should have been rich beyond measure into a pauper. To escape her misfortune, she must help that person reclaim his fate of boundless wealth.

Si Qingqing uses the lotus platform she swindled from Buddha to transmigrate to a thousand years in the past and find her creditor, Mo Xingyi. But she never expected him to be an even more unlucky pauper than she is. Whenever he gets his hands on money, someone is either murdered or robbed, or he injures someone and has to pay compensation.

Other people turn to the police when they have trouble. Si Qingqing turns to the gods. Whenever a problem comes up, she digs through the heavens for helpers. There isn't a problem she can't solve.

Since she can't hold on to money, she'll earn it and spend it on shopping. The things she buys still count as assets, and she can become rich beyond measure that way too. So she buys fields, land, and property. If it's for sale, she'll buy it.

If she can't spend all her money, she'll lend it out: to the poor, merchants, high officials, and even the emperor. She'll lend until the whole world is full of love and everyone owes her money.

Little scene:

Si Qingqing: "What do I do if I can't spend all my money? Lend it out!"

Crown Prince: "Lend me some money so I can ascend the throne."

Empress Dowager: "Lend me some money so I can become a widow."

Great General: "Lend me some money so I can suppress some bandits."

Martial Alliance Leader: "Lend me some money so I can pick a fight."

Demon Cult Leader: "Lend me some money so I can start a rebellion."

Si Qingqing: "No problem. Money debts are repaid in favors."

Demon: "Lend me some money so I can eat Tang Monk's flesh."

Si Qingqing: "Where did you come from?"

Si Qingqing: "Could you give me a hand?"

Buddha: "There are gods and Buddhas everywhere. You can ask anyone you like for help."

Si Qingqing: "Dragon King, there's a terrible drought here. Could you make it rain?"

Dragon King: "No problem."

Si Qingqing: "Brother Monkey, a demon is causing trouble. Could you catch it?"

Sun Wukong: "No problem."

Si Qingqing: "Fairy Chang'e, I've been craving something lately. Could you make me a mooncake?"

Chang'e: "No problem."

Si Qingqing: "Bodhisattva, could you recite the Great Compassion Mantra for me?"

Bodhisattva: "No problem."

Story begins December 25.

P.S. Mo Xingyi is pronounced Xing.
