[New Border Town Prodigal] On That Melee Healer

Gu Xiw, the mascot of the Longcheng Special Investigation Bureau, is the incarnation of the ancient divine artifact, the Fuxi Zither.

A divine artifact who's supposed to be a healer, yet always charges into the fray swinging her zither.

During an investigation for the bureau, she transmigrates into a world based primarily on Gu Long's novels.

"Holy crap, Shen... Shen Wei QAQ!" Gu Xiw, who had just fallen out of the sky, stared in a daze at the handsome, eerily familiar boy she had landed on, utterly speechless.

Fu Hongxue: "No, you've got the wrong person."

The boy pinned beneath her spoke in a low, calm voice, without a trace of anger.

Like a stream beneath a snow-capped mountain, crisp and clear.

Gu Xiw had only meant to tease the boy who looked like Shen Wei. She never imagined she'd end up giving him her heart, willingly and without regret.

"Who the hell do you think you are, laying a hand on someone under my protection?" Her beautiful face was expressionless, then her scarlet lips curled into a mocking smile.

"You're asking for death."

Things to know before reading:

1. A flirtatious, brash, big-sister type divine artifact x Fu Hongxue, the walking blood bag who takes on the whole plot.

2. A crossover between the TV dramas New Tales of the Border Town and Guardian. May include elements from the original novels. Shen the beauty is a little boy.

3. I watched New Tales of the Border Town for Long Ge, then felt sorry for Fu Hongxue and wanted him to have someone who would stay by his side through thick and thin. That's how this story came about. My interpretation of Fu Hongxue's personality will definitely differ from the original, so expect serious OOC. High-voltage warning.

4. In the TV drama, all of Fu Hongxue's love interests are redirected to the heroine, so Gu Xiw is his one and only love interest.
