A Blind Date with My Ex

[Originally titled The Fox Immortal. The outline has recently been revised. If anything in the setup conflicts with chapters after Chapter 30, the later chapters take precedence.]

[This story won't join rankings or go behind a paywall. I'll revise and update when I feel like it. My other novel, pre-order available in November, is The Villain Decides to Strike [Book Transmigration]. If you're interested, please add it to your collection!]

[P.S. This story is pretty old, and the early chapters are a bit long-winded. If you're interested, you can start with Volume Two.]

What do I do if my blind date turns out to be my ex from next door? Help, I'm waiting online.

Ji Jiaying simply offered someone a bag of biscuits on the street, and ended up with a troublesome fox immortal big sister following her home.

She was supposed to be repaying a kindness, but instead she attracted someone terrifying.

Ji Jiaying: ...What the hell? My blind date barely even looks at me, and on top of that, they're not even the right gender?! And how is someone with that murderous aura supposed to be a woman?!

The fox immortal big sister thought she was just being kind and accompanying her single benefactor on a blind date. So why is the person who showed up her ex-girlfriend?!

The other blind date (allegedly) sneered. "Now that I've found you, you think you can run?"

Li Xin is a fox demon, and Zhou Jin is a half-demon. They were both born in an era of war.

They grew up together, were lovers and enemies, fought side by side, and crossed swords.

The war ended with the defeat of the demon clans led by Li Xin.

After that, Zhou Jin, who had defeated Li Xin and her people, never saw her former lover again.

Until Li Xin returned, hundreds of years later.

And Zhou Jin was still alive.

=

Zhou Jin x Li Xin, 1v1, happy ending. Plot-focused, lighthearted at first, and... uncertain after that.

The main characters are the two above, but the story is told mostly through Ji Jiaying's perspective at first.

(Jiaying is also an important character in the plot!)

In short, it's a story about two people who love and hate each other getting back together after a breakup.
