I Thought You Were Normal

After painting for three days and nights straight, Yu Qingwen, a poor art student with only ten yuan left in his pocket, discovered that he had somehow ended up in a bizarre world that made no sense at all.

This world has magic, mechs, the internet, elves, giants, beastfolk, dwarves, and, of course, humans.

In this world, marrying across species, gender, age, height, or even sweet-and-salty preferences is perfectly normal.

But none of that matters. The problem is that, as soon as he arrives, he's expected to take the place of someone said to be his older brother and marry their country's prince.

They say the prince has three heads and six arms, eight eyes, and a huge mouth capable of swallowing a calf whole. He once single-handedly defended the Akras Space Rift and slew tens of millions of vicious monsters from another world.

He's a national hero, but also a monster everyone is terrified of.

They say his first bride eloped with a guard; his second bride ran away from home with her pet; and his third bride tried to prove her resolve by jumping into all twelve rivers around the imperial capital. For the sake of the royal family's dignity, the king had to step in and announce the annulment of the engagement...

But the prince is actually stunningly handsome and incredibly strong. Even better, unlike everyone else, he doesn't treat Yu Qingwen like his bride.

Yu Qingwen thinks he's finally found a normal human buddy.

My future king is my bro. Honestly, that's pretty awesome.

Until he eventually realizes...

The most abnormal person in the whole world is this guy!

A tsundere, says he doesn't mean what he says, acts all serious, and insists he doesn't like you gong VS a gullible, slow-on-the-uptake shou who believes everything you tell him.
