Who Says Love Can't Captivate a City?

This story is complete~~ Mwah!

The story is based on the small town where the author spent their youth, and many of its events are drawn from the author's middle school years. I hope to share them with everyone, and to commemorate the youth that will never return, but that I have no regrets about, as well as the people who walked beside me through those years.

Blurb One:

More than twenty years ago,

there was a small town that flourished thanks to oil,

and a tangled story involving one man, two women, and four children.

More than twenty years later,

two children must face gossip and prejudice, and a younger sister in love with another woman.

After ten years of tangled, ill-fated love between them, what will become of their relationship?

Blurb Two:

Over ten years, they grew from children into adults.

Because of love, they could never forget each other.

Because of hate, it was even harder for them to reach for each other's hands.

A childhood love, a lifetime of pain, and gossip that cannot be resisted: people can be terrifying.

A lonely, cold doctor faces his equally proud and aloof first love.

One voice inside him says to love her and hold her; another says to hate her and torment her.

Which should he choose, and what should he do? Can he bring himself to be cruel?
